Het was een heerlijke kamer. Een lekker nette hotel kamer. Het had mooi en rustgevend uitzicht ook, maar de locatie zat wel heel top. Het personeel was ook fijn, ze hielpen ons met hoe we haar onze volgende bestemming moesten.

Enige minpuntje was dat de douche wat lekte, waardoor er denk ik ook wat minder water uit de douchekop kwam. En er zaten veel insecten in de kamer dus iemand had lang de deur open laten staan waarschijnlijk, maar gelukkig heb ik een vriend die ze weg had gehaald ;)

Everything is very good: the location - eateries, shops, 7ELEVEns, pharmacy and the beach are close, the room is spacious, nice, well maintained, quiet and clean - it was one of our best accommodation in Thailand and we have been there a few times in the last few years, and the staff - I believe family members - are also nice and informative. The buffet breakfast provided has a good selection of western and local food, the restaurant onsite offers nice meals - we have eaten there a few times too. There is also a travel agency onsite, so it is convenient for arranging trips. If we will go to Khao Lak again, we'll definitely stay here. Tip: if using the Phuket - Surat Thani bus, ask the reception for approximate time and bus stop location (which is slightly opposite of the hotel at the other side of the road) - I believe it was between 15:00 - 16:00, but that can change.

Excellent value and lovely people

Really clean and nice place with amazing staff. For the price especially, we were shocked at how nice it was. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Best beds I've stayed on during this trip, in both rooms we stayed in (we went back after our liveaboard!)

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very friendly and helpful staff. They were AMAZING! Very comfortable (big) room! We could easily rent a scooter there for a good price; you will need a scooter to reach the best beaches tho! Everything was perfect, one of the best stays in Thailand. After our live aboard we went back, cause we wanted to stay one more night, but unfortunately they were fully booked.

Breakfast was okay, but rather basic. :)
