有名な老舗ホテルだけあり、 部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も素敵でした。

良くない部分は見えませんでした。

Wonderful bayside location. Beautiful views. Proximity to Chinatown.

Hallway carpet looks tired/worn and needs refresh.

Very spacious room with beautiful floral arrangement and welcome note! Shower and tub area very beautiful and spacious with plenty of quality toiletry items. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed dinner at French restaurant for dinner and also had American breakfast each morning in same French restaurant. Great location and view of harbor area and gardens. Enjoyed walking around hotel and near the water. Very friendly staff who spoke English with us and delivered impeccable service at the front desk, concierge, and restaurants. Ornate lobbies were so beautiful.

Slight smell of mold in our room; felt humid as well. Our room was located in older part of the hotel.

スタッフの方達の行き届いた対応とおもてなしの心。 そして親切さがとても素晴らしく 今まで色んな有名ホテルよりダントツで良きホテルでした。 横浜の印象が更にグレードアップしました。

無いです 全て行き届いてありました。

接客もすはらしく、ルームサービスしたナポリタン、シーフードドリアとても美味しかったです 部屋も広く3人でも快適でした 本館は重厚感があり素敵だなーとみんなで感動しました

大階段やロビー、カフェやアフタヌーンティーは良かったです

かなりお得なプランな為か、部屋からの眺望が全く無かった。 カーテンも開けられ無かった。せめて眺望なしとかの表記があれば部屋選びの参考になるのにと思った。 また部屋がかなり古くて扉や壁、床のキズや汚れが目立った。

El servicio es magnífico. La vista del puerto es maravillosa. Es un hotel antiguo pero en perfecto estado.
