The room was ok and clean but for the price it’s expensive. Location was perfect but a bit loud. Breakfast was not appealing. Bread from the bakery or Lidl was even better.

Two brothers run the accommodation. They are polite, friendly, helpful. Location is central and easy access via buses to town centre and beaches and airport. Clean comfortable good size rooms and decent breakfast and small terrace available. Next to main train station, lots of restaurants but expensive. Was allowed to check in earlier so appreciated.

The rooms are on the top floor (level 3) and no lift so no easy to carry heavy luggage. Although central, area is a little rough, foreigners and Italians just hanging around in the nearby corner shops, bus stops, coffee shops. Was unable to leave my luggage in a secure room, had to leave it downstairs under the staircase after check out, at least leaving the luggage was possible however a little risky.

The location was located very close to the train station and bus stops nearby. Also, closeby to a row of food restaurants and a lively neighborhood. The facilities were complete and the breakfast, part of the deal was good, saving you money to be spent elsewhere. Almost forgot, they change the towels daily (stayed there for 3 nights).

The bed was squeeky.

Everything was great! Great location very close to city center. Jusepe was a great host, the room was very clean and nice breakfast with perfect Italian coffee! Thank you very much for having us. We will definitely come back!!!

We had nice stay at BB La casa di Pier, room is sutible for family with small baby. It was clean and good breakfast was served.

Maybe the only problem is when you arrive by car, because you have to find parking somewhere around apartment but at time of our stay there, we found it easy.

The guest house is very conveniently located. Bus stops to/from the airport and other regional destinations are literally around the corner while both of Olbia's train stations are about 150m away on foot. It is also at the top of the main shopping/cafe/restaurant street through the city (Via Principe Umberto) which leads down to the port and the lungomare, while Olbia's principal visitor attractions are located to left and right, just off the same street. Added to the fact that the guest house provides comfortable, clean rooms and a good breakfast (with the option of eating on the terrace in good weather), this makes La Casa di Pier a good choice for prospective visitors to the city.

Our room was behind the kitchen and preparations for breakfast made it a little noisy for a few minutes first thing in the morning. But this is a small issue.
