Location was great. Staff at the shop downstairs were very willing to help and the late check-in at 22h45 was not an issue. We stored our bags after 10am check-out and this gave us the opportunity to do some sightseeing.

Steep staircase to get to the room was a bit challenging. Perhaps not ideal for elderly travellers

nothing though it’s worth mentioning that you are right in the heart of Olbia and it was pretty loud until about 1am (we stayed on a Saturday night). not an issue for us but maybe if you have an early flight to catch

Our room was immaculate! Gorgeously styled with a large, modern bathroom. The bed was so comfortable - I could have slept all day! Aircon worked well. Fantastic balcony overlooking a gorgeous street. Central location with parking available a short walk away. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

The narrow steps with a sharp turn made it a bit tricky to take a large suitcase upstairs. I was able to get my suitcase upstairs but it could be a struggle for some.

Great location. Free parking nearby. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful balcony to take in the late evening sounds below. Lovely coffee machine. Excellent tapas and craft beer/local wine bar just around the corner by San Paolo church (San Paolo Art and Food).

Our host Elison and her husband were exceptionally kind both with the accommodation and other stuff (i.e. transportation booking, bus information and such). Excellent location, practically everything is at close range. Room was cosy,comfortable and clean, lovely bathroom and a good wifi.

Great location have a minor downside - being in the hotspot of the Corso Umberto could mean that you will have a live music below your window until midnight : perfect if you would like some fun, not so much if you have an early flight and need to get some rest. However, noise isolation is pretty decent and it did not bother us much.

Location was right on the main street of Olbia. Room was bright and comfortable.

as it is situated in the middle of the main pedestrian street with numerous restaurants and bar expect a high noise level until 3 am, especially on weekends

A really lovely room in a great location, on the main street in the old town (pedestrianised). The host was always available to answer questions. Comfy bed, really good shower and a lovely terrace overlooking the main street.

Peaceful cozy setting. Despite located on a busy street it was fairly quiet when I visited . Great restaurants walking distance from the property. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Location was great, on the main street in Olbia. Plenty of restaurants around as well as a large free public car-park nearby. Fantastic AC and well-equipped bathroom & balcony, with a lovely view over Olbia!

The bed was broken and made noise everytime we moved and most of all there were two bars directly in front of the hotel playing loud music until at least 12am during the week and > 1am on Friday. We had a lot of trouble sleeping as even with the shutters and doors closed, we could hear every word sung. Additionally, the door to the hotel room has glass panels which means that when the neighbouring room comes back at whatever time at night, the hallway light lights up the entire room. Fun when it's at 1am...
