The Lady at reception was very lovely and helpful

When we arrived, although the customer service was great. Our sheets and pillowcases were dirty with some type of body fluid. We then moved to a different room. We woke up at 2am with drug addicts out the front causing a scene who some also stayed at the hotel. Very noisy. Did not feel safe.

bed was good

pillows had no support and we could hear people in the other rooms stomp around and slam things. not very quiet and in need of some sort of sound proofing

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff gave me a breakfast pack to have for breakfast in the morning which was very kind. Only problem was there was no bowl in the room to use., So I thought I would just have a coffee. Guest what !!! the kettle didn't work. Not sure who looks after your rooms but you may need to have a chat with them.

Staff and everyone was amazing we celebrated my mums birthday and they were still extremely nice and just came up and let us know to keep the noise down

The bathroom is very small. There is advertising for food on website and billboards everywhere, but they do not serve it anymore...fake news
