location was great, just in front of a beautiful small rock beach. swimming pool was very nice. view from the window was amazing g

1) daily cleaning and towel changing not included (very weird for a resort) 2) swimming pool closing at 6:30. again unexpected for a resort 3) we could only use 2 beach chairs and one sun ombrella at the pool, despite having a booking for 4 adults 4) plastic cutlery at breakfast- very unsustainable 5) room bit old, bathroom needs upgrade

They charge €5 to use the pool area even if you buy drinks from the bar which was odd The Internet wasn't excellent

Kind and careful staff. Outside the apartment the complex Bluebay Residence Resort was very pleasant and maintained. It is located on the sea shore. You can park your car inside the complex. The apartment terrace is cozy place for breakfast.

Unfortunately our apartment was dirty especially the sofa and the floor. The most of furnitures and sink area needs replacing, due to stale. One of the beds creaks. Killed mosquitoes on the wall. The big problem that annoying us was the noise from a machine (may be swimming pool system) through the night. The swimming pool doesn't work.

This hotel is located in a very nice corner on the seaside. They are finishing to renew inside and outside premices, everything seems very new. Photos are very realistic, you look, you like, you book, no risk! The feeling is like small paradise! I also want to say that this hotel is managed by very honest people. As we were disturbed by construction staff around (the construction company being late to finish as planned), the hotel showed all flexibility. They agreed on partial cancellation and refunded our stay. They were very honest, we will be back for sure.

The place really looks good, the garden and the pool area are really fantastic. The owner takes care of the place and spends on it. Everyone was really kind and they didn't bother us. If we needed something, we were able to speak immediately and received help within a short time. There are several buses, the bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. The nearest shop is a 12-minute walk away.

The hot water came intermittently. It was warm for half a minute, then colder, then warm again. Other than that, everything was fine.

It's not the first time we've stayed here! recomended! come back in two weeks )))

Very clean and nice view from a large balcony. Also great blackout curtains for sleeping.

It would be nice if the kitchen had small amenities like salt/pepper.

The accommodation was lovely, great location and lovely staff close to the sea with amenities closeby

Just a small piece of feedback, the kitchen in the apparent could have used a few extra basics like -chopping board -kitchen knives -wooden spoons A nice extra touch would have been some basic coffees etc. All this easily bought closeby so not a massive issue.

the pool was fantastic and the gardens beautiful

it was in a run down area. no hairdryer. no where to eat within walking distance. distinct lack of kitchen utensils.

Extraordinary high class staying and gorgeous Jacuzzi room, great service and delicious breakfast with an english option as well. I'd like to spend there a night or two every month if I could!

Kids were using the pool area as a WWIII battlefield so if you want a quite stay ask to be put away from there (or just book a lovely jacuzzi room lime we did)

The location, the proximity to the ocean, the view, the surrounding with a lots of beautiful trees and plants, lots of shade and lounges by the pool, the option of breakfast in property.

The main entrance gate was very difficult to operate The door to the balcony in our room wasn’t working properly, it was difficult to use The shower was very small and the water pressure very low The room door was extremely frustrating to lock and unlock There was not Air Conditioning in the rooms, only the living room, and it gets very hot at night The pool-bar area service was not the best, not very welcoming The requirement to wear a swimming cap to get in pool
