Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Výborná dostupnost do centra, blízko tramvajové zastávky. Čistý a pohodlně vybavený pokoj, dobře vybavená denní místnost,. Dětem se líbily pohodlně postele.

Staff was very nice , room nice and clean , quite location with very easy access to town
Room didn't had kettle we couldn't make coffee or tea . Breakfast- had to pay 10 euro for a child ( i think kids shouldn't be charge full price ) no hot chocolate , pancake were cold and bread wasn't very fresh.

The staff at the reception was very kind and welcoming. I had a good experience with check in and stay at this hotel. It is close to public transport.
I couldn't find any wardrobe for my shirts in the room.

The suite was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable!
The kitchen was completely empty. Offering some basic stuff (like salt and sugar) would be nice.

Nice small pension. 4 stars, I doubt, but this place is small and cozy
Room was not clean, my child found an empty vine bottle in between window and blinds :)
I've also noticed that one of the juice bottles in the minibar was half empty. I have an impression that this room was not cleaned good :(

If you arrive after 10pm you will be charge 14 euro. It is said nowhere on booking. It is unfair.

neighbor complained about "the noise" in the room - before 22.00!

So close to clinic that we needed, very spacious deluxe room.

The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was good.
The pillows were large with not enough filling in them and hence uncomfortable.
No kettle in the room itself, there is a kettle in the common room on the ground floor but that room is locked at 9pm. In one of the evenings I was there it was locked even before 9pm.
