Pre book a twin room , but gave us a double !!!

Very comfortable bed, very clean and modern accommodation. The free breakfast was quite extensive and fresh.

The balcony overlooked a building site and noisey, far from a landmark view. Facilities were not as described such as no smart TV, dining table or cooking facilities in the accommodation. The bath could do with a screen to use shower properly and towels a bit tatty.

I would describe this hotel as 'hidden treasure 3☆ accommodation'. I can highly recommend it.

Well equipped rooms with comfortable seating and bed. For late arrival self check-in was available, very easy and quick. Good breakfast.

The room had all necessary for us facilities, it so had enough space and was clean. Overall: it's a good value for it's price.

There is one thing I did find VERY uncomfortable: the entrance and check-in process. We have arrived a few hours earlier then the check-in starts (it starts at 3pm) - it was not possible just to get inside of the building. Usually if you arrive early and your room is not ready you're at least offered to leave your bags or you could wait inside and get yourself warmed up - not in this case. There was a locked door and no sign of staff at the reception area inside. We have tried calling the number we saw at the door - it simply was not available. If it wasn't for a local delivery man who managed to call only czech-speaking cleaning lady we wouldn't even get inside.

Very friendly and helpful staff, not too diverse yet tasty breakfast. Private parking included.

Walls pretty thin, therefore you can hear neighbouring guests. Very huge, not comfortable pillows.

• all the staff personnel we met (changed each day) were kind and helpful. • breakfast was simple, did not have a great variety, but was okay. • the coffee / tea available at all time was a nice feature to have.

• bad acoustics, not sufficient sound insulation between the rooms or by the door (no threshold). the corridor was very loud with the stone flooring. • everything (the building, the accessories, furniture, etc) were simple, household items, not professional hotellery solutions. for example no plugs were installed by the beds, instead there were two distributors underneath, basic ikea-like furniture.

VV Hotel has a very good location in Brno center, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are clean, breakfast and coffee are quite good. Nice staff.

practical room with all you need for a short stay. Everything was clean and the hotel is located very near to the Center (maybe 10 min by foot). Parking spaces were also usable for bigger cars with enough space. Breakfast was good with enough variety. all in all great for a short stay!

nice modern small hotel real close to the old town area. great breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Very convenient location for the city centre. Easy to find and good access to parking. the parking is very well organised and the area well surfaced. Comfortable beds and lots of hot water. I have to say I was surprised how good the breakfast was. Great coffee available 24 hours.

Unfortunately the towels had a bad smell, would recommend changing them more often.
