This was our 3rd time in Cabo San Lucas and this villa was the best by far. It was in the perfect location right on the beach and close to the marina. The service and amenities were awesome. The villa itself was spacious and a perfect space for our party of 6 adults. It was clean and modern. It had everything you would need while on vacation. The pool was perfect. Always seating and the service was great. The grounds were perfectly kept. Many options for dining and close to supermarket for at home meals. I would highly recommend staying at La Estancia!

The room was nice and clean, housekeeping was done every 2 days. The view from the kitchen was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect accommodation for a large family. The resort was top notch with lots of restaurants, nightly show and a kid zone. Gary thank you again.

My family and I had a great vacation here at Villa La Estancia! The welcome packet from the owner was super thorough and helpful. We loved relaxing by the pool and also exploring the mariner. It was totally easy getting taxis and dinner reservations. Would definitely come back!

The condo was immaculate and spacious and well-appointed. The best part was the huge balcony with the spectacular view! The pool area was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - about a mile walk (or taxi) to the marina with tons of restaurants and shops (and a gigantic supermarket). I highly recommend if you are going to Cabo!

Best Cabo Stay Ever!
This is by far the best VRBO experience and best Cabo location we have stayed in. We will definitely be coming back and booking here again! Gary was wonderful to work with and the amenities of La Estancia were simply amazing. Gorgeous resort, fabulous condo and the staff could not have been nicer! We certainly recommend with the highest rating possible!

Very Nice Villa
We stayed at Mark's beautiful villa for Christmas week and it was very nice. The views were great and the furniture and the condition of everything was perfect. I can highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful property, beautiful room, excellent location - Absolutely Fantastic!!!
Our family stayed in this beautiful 2-bedroom villa at La Estancia. The 2-bedroom suite was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and loaded with excellent amenities (huge master room & master bath, 3 full baths, full kitchen & dining, washer & dryer, awesome patio). The La Estancia property was beautiful, with great service and very friendly & helpful staff. The location was great as well. We could easily walk to The Office, The Mango Deck, Tobasco restaurant (excellent food). The Villa properties (Estancia, Arco, Palmar) were outstanding as well. We enjoyed the 3 pools, the hot tubs, the restaurants, and bars (limited bars due to covid, but still available).
This property was an excellent choice and we would definitely go back!!! 5-stars for sure!

Wonderful!
This was a great property and wonderful location! The room was HUGE and we had so much room for all of us. The resort staff was amazing. We had an issue checking due to the previous guests not checking out on time, but the staff did everything they could to get us in and take care of us. Would definitely book again!

A fantastic stay in Cabo
We had an amazing stay in Cabo. The condo couldn’t have been more perfect for our family.
The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the deck is massive with a spectacular view. Just be careful of the dishwasher door! It got me good because it just slams open BUT it works fine and as long as you’re aware, it’s not an issue. Definitely 5 stars for our stay!

Spacious and great location
Our stay at La Estancia was wonderful. The pools, the drinks and the staff were great. It was much quieter than the hotels next to ours which is a blessing. Our kids had a great time with easy access to the beach. However, it would have been nice to be informed that the dishwasher didnt work. And unfortunately there was no dish soap to wash the dishes by hand. In addition, there was no toaster in the unit. Luckily the cleaning lady left us some of her soap so that I could hand wash the dirty dishes. I reached out to Mark on 2 separate occasions with no reply. In fact, still no reply or recognition of our issues. It would have been a much more relaxing stay in knowing that these things were going to be taken care of.

This was our 3rd trip to Villa Estancia over the past few years. It has remained true to it’s excellent reputation in facilities, services, and guest experience.
Covid testing done on site at the hotel was a huge convenience.
I would highly recommend this location and hope to return soon.

Perfect getaway
The property exceeded our expectations and the hospitality is 10/10. I would highly recommend the estancia as well as booking with Mark. Also, with the new covid testing mandate for travel to US, they’ve made sure to make the process effortless. Thank you, we look for to coming back someday!

Wonderful stay at Esplendor del Cabo
Esplendor del Cabo was beautiful! The unit was very tastefully decorated and in a great location, convenient to pool and beach , restaurants, and marketplace. The patio is huge! We will definitely stay there again! We highly recommend Mark as an owner and the beautiful unit!

Great location and property
After a few hiccups with getting to the property and check in, it ended up being a great vacation! The property manager did make things right by giving us a discount for our troubles. All in all I would definitely recommend this property.

"Well done!"
Everything was just as expected and got a "well done" by everyone on my choice for our week. Walmart is a half a mile away and the little store on premise was perfect for the rest. Met some really great people at the pool.

Perfect vacation
Have been coming to Cabo for many years and have stayed in this resort 3 times. First of all the Check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff was excellent. We ate and drank every day by the pool and found the quality of the food to be very good. Drinks were reasonably priced and of good quality. Used the steam, gym and sauna daily and found it to be very good quality and better than most resort gyms. The spa was excellent had a massage and facial that was second to none. Grounds and room were spotless with everything you need. Kitchen was fully stocked if you want to cook. We stopped at Costco and grabbed a few things on the way from the airport which I feel was a good idea.
This resort isn't right in town but we didn't come here to party this time. Cab rides for dinner were 10.00 each way and very convenient.
This resort isn't the cheapest place to stay but a notch up from some of the other resorts in amenities and clientele in my opinion.
If you want to relax and be pampered in a beautiful setting this is the spot. I am already planning a trip back in January for my birthday.

Absolutely amazing!!!
Villa estancia and this condo were absolutely amazing. The grounds were impeccable and so was the condo. It met all of our needs for the six people that we had. We had so much room, so it made our stay very pleasant. The view and the veranda were beautiful each day to have breakfast. We enjoyed visiting the resorts, Del Arco and Palmar, next-door For additional restaurants and to utilize their pool. Our kids also loved being able to Roam from resort to resort and it all felt so safe for us! We would definitely rent this condo again! Additionally of the staff at Estancia were so gracious and kind and very helpful.
