Complete stay was worst experience

Location is non reachable due to bridge work.receptioniat was adamant and was not ready to listen.askwd for complimentary breakfast or tea even refused on the pretext that online customers donot get it.Bathroom was dirty.
Bathroom was not maintained,flush was not working.bedsheets was not properly cleaned.
Paid 3500 for stay of 12 hrs but not satisfied.

It is a well know hotel in Tirupati. And have stayed here before as well - through direct booking. But, this time - being last minute requirement and not able to reach the hotel directly, used booking.com. Turned out - it is expensive than normal rates. And the rooms allocated for online bookings are not upto the mark - compared to direct booking.
And interestingly have seen this pattern in some other hotels as well. May be booking.com should have a review process to ensure - their customers get a better deal (better pricing without a quality downgrade).

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was very hygienic and served tasty food.
For the cost I paid through booking.com I didn't get complimentary breakfast.

First, booking .com showed a discounted tariff of 2999 but on booking 3500 plus tax .i ended up paying 1000 more. Discouteous service. No wifi. Demanded full payment upfront, unethical. Rooms old setvice very bad. Reastaurant tariff very high...

The room given to us was towards the end which was very close to the railway track and could not sleep the whole night because of the train noise
