The apartment is very beautiful. Well equipped, best in class terrace and a small beach in walking distance. The host was so helpful and charming.

Nothing really all the things I thought might be negative turned into a positive for example the apartment is a 30 min stroll to the old town, but this was good as actually lost weight walking in everyday :) win win

The hosts were fantastic during our stay, we couldn't have asked for more help and assistance when required. The location was great for us with a fantastic sea view, probably not ideal for those who don't like walking to places. Our hosts were able to give us a thorough run through of the local area and advise on suitable trips. We were in contact through whatsapp a few times throughout our stay too and responses were very prompt. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment! It was clean, tidy and the hosts were exceptional. It was also located close to nearby hotels, pebble beaches and 20-30 mins walk to the Old Town and 20 mins walk to Lapad. The indoor and outdoor facilities were great, great dining area and outside living space.

Do remember that the apartment only accepts cash, we did not read the instructions prior to arrival properly (our fault) but having used Booking.com before its not something we have experienced. Again, our fault but worth noting so visitors take enough cash. An air conditioning unit in the second bedroom would have been preferrable but it didn't impact our stay too much. The outdoor pizza oven/ bbq area is actually just outside the property and is on a public walkway (not a busy street at all by any means) but we didn't use it as there was plastic and rubbish left inside. It didn't change our opinion of the stay but if you were going to pick the property just for that then it may change your mind.

The Location and sea view was lovely ,accommodation was good

The front entrance down the stairs to the front door was very dirty and smelly, could do with cleaning ,a few more utensils would be good ,we bought a chopping board and a sharp knife as there wasn't any .
