clean nice location

we were disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed so we had to go to nearby town for evening meal but parking difficult

The room was very spacious and clean. Although there was a gathering/celebration going on downstairs, we didn't hear anything at all. The breakfast and the dinner were of high quality and delicious. It's worth to stop by and simply have a meal there! (The road to the hotel must be incredibly scenic in spring because of those cherry and apple orchards along the road, and black forest in the background!) Efficient and friendly staff :)

Clean, comfortable, and spacious family room. Good restaurant and very nice breakfast. The bonus: our kids really enjoyed the playground in the woods that is 5 min walk from the hotel. Perfect after a day of drive.

rooms were too warm on the top floor. Air conditioning is a must. was only told during check out that fans were available on request. no elevator is a pain.

We loved almost everything about the hotel: the surroundings are beautiful, the staff is very kind, everything is clean and the breakfast was good. The garden restaurant is very nice.

The only thing is that we had a very, very, hot room. We had room nr 25, on the top floor. Unfortunately we slept really bad because of the heat. We opened every window when it cooled at night, but still it was hot and because of the open windows we heard some heavy (farmers) traffic noise. If the room had AC it would have been perfect and we would definitely come back. Or we come back outside of the summer season…

no airconditioning, in changing climates this is a must have. it was warm in the room and then you need to open up the windows. not a lot of noise apart from the tractors early in the morning. but it attracts mosquitoes.

Nicely renovated hotel with really good comfortable standard. Despite a very hot day the room remained pretty cool even though there was no air conditioning. Small yet delicious breakfast buffet with outside seating area. Good location to leave for hikes in the area. The restaurant garden is very inviting with beautiful big trees and flowers. The menu selection makes it really difficult to make a choice since all sounds very yummy. The food was very tasty, the staff friendly.

The friendliness of the family owning the hotel and welcoming guests is simply outstanding! Very caring, flexible and customer oriented!

The hotel is very new and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and made our stay great.

The hotel is new and the outside parking area is still under construction so the morning was a little noisy, but not terrible.

The rooms are big and clean. It al looks and smells new. The restaurant has good food and lots of good wine. For breakfast you can eat what ever you want, the choice is huge.

Faster wifi would be nice.

it was really perfect stop . we booked the room only for a night, but we want to stay longer next time . super clean, very comfortable and new . design is so stylish! breakfast is also good and various. highly recommend !

What an fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious, pristine and exceptionally clean, beds and pillows comfortable and a mini bar with beer and wine provided at sensible prices. Food absolutely superb, staff all very friendly and helpful and the free parking was welcome after a long drive. Wish we could have stayed longer and will hopefully use again next year. Does not get better, thanks to all the staff.
