I like the location, near to everything, is the best in Piura.

The water was a little hot but it is ok, no problem.

They charged 287 soles additional service cost upon checkout, this was not mentioned on booking.com reservation.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby to choose from, friendly and helpful staff, good hot water, comfortable beds, nice decor and terrace areas to sit and work.

No extra blankets in the room

The room we got looks nothing like the pictures. Please see my pictures to show you what we encountered. It was dirty, ran down and poorly kept. Due to the concrete floor, it felt more like a car garage than a hotel. The bathroom was full of dirt (hasn't been cleaned for a long time), lamps were falling apart as well as the shower head, and when I wanted to close the door I had to step into the shower to do so. Additionally, the curtains couldn't close properly, so anybody could watch us sleep. The list is long. For this price, you can get a better hotel (or at least a clean one). Also, they start spamming you with emails after your stay.

Great hotel in a great location. We are always a little disappointed when we ask for a vegan breakfast and get the same as others, but without the egg (no extra piece of bread or a little fruit?), but the breakfasts were good anyway. Comfortable room with good air con and wifi worked well too. The relaxation area is excellent.
