Great hotel, quiet and well located , with the best staff in Dhaka , my favorite hotel Really good breakfast and restaurant as well I'm traveling for business every month and I've tried most of the hotels. This is the best value for money by far Gym and pool facilities are nice as well Car transfer service for the airport is perfect, I'd recommend this service and hotel

Staff are very concerned about the guest. As hotel car was not available the staff Mr. Shariar did arrange a Uber taxi. He was kind and concerned enough to check if I reached the place safe and if I was in need of taxi for return trip. Such gestures will go a long way in building good relationships with guest. Very highly appreciate his concern. When I return back to Dhaka I will prefer to stay at this hotel

Ordered Chicken kebab in linch but it was not cooked properly so was disappointed otherwise everything was good.

Central location but still quiet. Pretty roof-top garden and pool. Very good breakfast with friendly and helpful staff.

More shade and seating on roof-top area eg umbrellas. Slightly lacking in finesse of finishing eg bathroom fittings, grouting and sealants and safe not secured.

The hotel is really comfortable, the staff is great and the location excellent. The hotel was also able to fix some issues with the PCR test I needed for my onward travels (wrong laboratory) and showed that they are solution-oriented.

The room was excellent and spacious.

The staff from reception was not in a proper manner to talk over the phone. He was rude while confirming early check-in information.

Promptly corrected the problem.

Old carpet smells in on of the room.
