Great location, wonderful apt. Clean, well maintained, everything works, owners are very gratious and accommodating. One of the best places we've rented.

Lovely cottage one block to downtown and the Pacific Coast Highway. Walk to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, clean and new bathrooms, comfortable beds. Cute outdoor sitting areas, one out back and one courtyard. Off street parking. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage. We appreciated the cleanliness, and the tasteful decor and furnishings. This property is very well maintained and it shows. Host was responsive to any questions we had. We loved the proximity to the beach and Heisler Park and started our day there each day of our stay.

This cottage is perfection! It is well appointed and carefully thought out as far as written details, instructions for all electronic devices and general information to make your stay enjoyable. It is walking distance to downtown and steps from the trolley pickup spot. Hands down our favorite place to stay!!!

This house was spectacular! It is so close to downtown that we ended up walking everywhere. The house is very sound as well, so the street noise was not loud at all. The house was very clean, and very comfortable. I feel like the pictures do not do the house justice. It is very updated and beautiful. We traveled with our 4 kids (all under 10 years), and it was the perfect house for them. The front patio is extremely secure, and it gave them the space to play outside safely. The house has everything you need-beach toys, boogie boards, chairs for the beach, towels. And Lou was so communicative. I am so lucky to have had the chance to stay here. We will definitely come back and stay in the future.

Great location, super clean, so well stocked, well maintained, detailed instructions about various features of the house that were helpful. Very short walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our stay in Laguna. One note, it is on a busy road on one side so the early morning road noise can be disruptive but nothing ear plugs can’t fix!

We LOVED our stay here! I’ve stayed in numerous places around Laguna since I left in 2007 to move to Tennessee. I grew up in this town and always return to fill my soul with the little piece of heaven, that I miss so much. Lou’s place just added to the amazing stay we had. His place is perfect for a family! It was myself my two daughters and my grandson who is 3. I had two friends come visit us that still live in California and both of them were very complementary of the house. The location couldn’t be any better to everything that you need. We used the beach chairs and the umbrellas that are provided and walked ourselves to the beach for the day. Lou is very accommodating and communication was excellent. Thanx Lou! we will be back! Till next time☀️ 🌊☀️

Great location, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, just as advertised. House had everything we needed. Only complaint would be lack of comfortable living room furniture for five of us to sit and visit for the evening after our walking tours of Laguna.

This cottage is immaculately kept and absolutely beautiful! Perfectly placed within walking distance to everything you’d want to see. Comfy beds to sleep in and overall just lovely.

We recently stayed at this property at had the best time! The house is in an amazing location close to the beach, Main Street and all that downtown Laguna has to offer! We where able to walk to town easily with two strollers and everyone was very comfortable at the house as it is clean and spacious! You really can’t go wrong staying here and we can’t wait to rebook our next trip!

We felt like locals! The location of this cabin couldn't be any better. We could walk to everything -cafes, restaurants, shops - and Main Beach was very convenient to carry all our beach chairs and towels. The cabin has a nice charm, and was clean and perfect for our family - 2 grandparents. 2 Adults, and 1 grandchild.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were a short walk to restaurants and the beautiful beach.

This querky cottage was absolutely delightful. The property location couldn't be more perfect to access all Laguna Beach has to offer ON FOOT!!! Thecottage was well appointed and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

This cute little cottage is only steps from the beach. The kitchen and BBQ are we'll equipped to eat and entertain any group. The living room and outdoor space are spacious and comfortable. This residence is the quintessential beach cottage. Fully appointed with great thought as to what vacationers will need for a memorable getaway. It is in the heart of town so that you can walk everywhere and when you need to go further…the trolley is just a few steps away. The owner is very approachable and quickly responds to any questions. Run don’t walk to this Laguna Beach hamlet—you will not be sorry!

Loved our stay. Location is easy walk to beach (we went every day) and easy to enjoy the shops and food and fun in Laguna Beach. Plenty of patio space. House is well stocked with everything that you’d need. Gracious hosts. Having 2 parking spaces was very convenient. . We were doing a family reunion and rented both Units. Lots of fun. Had bbq.

We stayed in this charming cottage that is located right across the street from the beach! Now, it doesn't have a view but the location and the comfort of the house more than make up for that one disadvantage. Lou, the owner, was so easy to work with. He had the home ready for our arrival with plenty of staples to start our stay. We were there for 2 weeks and he even offered to replenish a few things if that was needed. The home itself is great with a big den and two bedrooms with private baths each. There is one smaller room that has a twin bed perfect for a single adult or kids. The couch also pulls out into a bed so there is plenty of room for sleeping. The home has two patio areas to choose from. There is also a great off road spot to park your car. I definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting a great stay in one of the most quaint towns.

Charming Laguna Cottage just steps away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. You will not be disappointed!

Would definately stay again

The property is in a fantastic location, walk to everything. I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 couples. The only bathrooms are in the two bedroom suites. We had 6 people, so the other two had to consistently enter the other rooms for bathroom access. Not convenient for night. Other than that, property owner was great and responsive. The water heater was not working the first day and he had it fixed quickly.

This home was an easy walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and a large grocery store. It was just as advertised. The linens, towels and kitchen supplies were good quality. Could not have asked for anything more. We had a great stay. And Lou was extremely responsive to all of our requests. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, and size. Downtown Laguna and the main beach are a 5 minute walk. Access to a smaller, more private beach as well just across the street. The two main bedrooms are large and have both heat and a/c fans. The main bathroom has a tub large enough for kiddos to take a bath, and the second bathroom has a funky but functional shower. The patio, living room, and courtyard are big enough for people to hang out and socialize comfortably. One parking spot is a blessing, although you won’t be needing to drive much if you stay around Laguna. The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge, full size oven, stove, and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer and detergent provided. Cons (not many): We couldn’t find any cleaning products or extra paper towels, which was ok since the grocery store is very close, but seemed odd overall. The small bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and living room, so if you’re planning on using it for kiddos, bring a sound machine or plan on being more quiet after they go to bed. The last thing that is absolutely not the fault of the owner is that there is a lot of road noise in the main bedroom and small bedroom, due to them being at the front of the house. The fans help, and it’s a side effect of being so close to downtown that would happen in any urban location. Just something to know if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Lou was very nice and we would 100% stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay and were so glad to be there for New Year’s. The house was perfect for our family: excellently organized, wonderfully cozy, beds comfortable, lovely indoor and outdoor spaces, a thoughtful kitchen with all the needed supplies and accoutrements, and clear directions about anything needed. The hosts are kind, communicative and responsive. And the location- utterly perfect. Four min walking to the beach, two or three min walking to wonderful food, ten min walking to groceries and downtown Laguna Beach. There is also the option with the same hosts for a second (larger) house on the same property for larger groups. We hope we get to visit again and were sorry to leave!
