Descrizione: si accede all'unità nel soggiorno aperto e nello spazio cucina. Il soggiorno è stato appena ristrutturato con nuovi pavimenti in legno e nuovi tappeti in tutte le camere dell'intera unità. Il soggiorno ha un sezionale in pelle, soffitto a volta e una TV a schermo piatto da 60 "montata sopra il camino a gas in pietra con focolare. La cucina ha bellissimi armadi ed è completa di nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, piatti, pentole, utensili da cucina, ecc. Tra il soggiorno e le camere da letto al piano principale c'è un bagno completo con grande vanità, WC e combinazione vasca / doccia. C'è una camera matrimoniale al piano principale con un letto a baldacchino king size e bagno annesso con vasca idromassaggio e doccia combinata. Anche collegato al master è un balcone esterno che si affaccia su Old Main St. C'è una seconda camera da letto al piano principale situata di fronte al corridoio dalla camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale a castello e che ha anche una porta sul balcone che si affaccia su Main Street. Al piano superiore è una seconda camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e bagno annesso completo. C'è anche una seconda camera da letto al piano superiore con un letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto. Entrambe le camere da letto al piano superiore hanno grandi lucernari che lasciano entrare molta luce naturale nello spazio. La biancheria è completa per letto, bagno e cucina. L'edificio ospita 10 unità. Condividono un'area comune con una grande vasca idromassaggio (disponibile solo durante il Ringraziamento fino alla fine della stagione sciistica), attrezzi ginnici e lavatrice e asciugatrice.

The condo was perfect for our large group of 7 for a long weekend of skiing in Park City. The location is awesome, pretty much ski-in/ski-out with a short flight of steps directly up to the Quit'n Time run. The condo was great as well - clean, spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It's also extremely convenient to everything in Park City - Main Street is just a few minutes walk away (more stairs - you'll get your workout in). We didn't have a car and never needed one - the local grocery will do same day delivery. Overall a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Amazing. Ski trip with 4 couples stayed comfortably with goal of hitting first lift and riding until closing. With one quick set of stairs to the run - this was perfect. And just a couple flights of stairs to Main Street for dinner, this couldn’t have worked out better. Communication was clear and timely. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Condo was great! Julie is an amazing and attentive host. Condo was perfect for our group of 8. Amazing location, walkable to downtown, Ski in Ski out if weather permits, if not a short walk to town lift. Definitely, I recommend this condo.

Had a brilliant stay just before Christmas in Park City. The condo was exactly as advertised, plenty of space to hang out. The rooms were large, the beds super comfy (a huge plus) TVs in every room and a very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook, which we did. The location was great as you can walk up the steps to the ski slope (Quit n Time) and ski down to Town lift, even when the piste wasn't open, you can still do this bit. And its an easy stroll into town especially if you want to grab a coffee or go out to dine. There is only one parking space so bear that in mind as overnight parking in Park City peak season is expensive if you have more than one car. Host was super helpful. Great stay thank you!

We loved staying here! Communication was excellent. Lots of room for our family of 6. We had 2 great days of skiing and loved being close to the city. Although the Quit N Time run was not open, we were able to take the town lift back.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The family had enough space to spread out and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to Main St., the bus station, or up the stairs to the Quittin' Time trail. The kitchen had all the extras needed to make nice family meals. The hosts, Julie and Billy, were kind and easy to communicate with. It was a great week!

1 flight up to slopes and 2 flights to old town restaurants and bars. Comms with manager were easy and flexible. Smaller condo style property, but ideal if location is your main driver.

The property was nice and clean. It was a little worn in the bathroom, but it had a parking spot and fully appointed kitchen. The location was about just up a stairway to the ski run quiting time and you ski down to the town lift. It is about 3 flights of stairs down to main street in Park City. The hot tub was hot but the blower did not work. There was also a community washer and dryer, but you share it with the other unit owners so get your wash started as soon as you get off the mountain. I would stay again.

True Ski in ski out, and a 2 minute walk to downtown. 1 good parking space. Place has lots of bedroom space and a common space. Great for skiing. Common hot tub is quite nice.

Three minute walk to the mountain, four minute walk to town. Condo was clean and well stocked with soap, paper towel, the basic necessities (I've been in other's that didn't even have hand soap), games, plenty of dining & drink ware, etc. Host (Julie) was very responsive. One minor issue with the outside lockbox, once that was resolved all was good and it wasn't really a big deal. I'd stay here again.

The property is located two stair cases up from Main St. It was the perfect location for our visit to Sundance. Easily walkable to events and back to the residence multiple times per day.

We really enjoyed being in the middle of everything and having a designated parking spot. Beautiful condo. Great kitchen! Loved watching the moon rise on the back deck.

Nice stay parking could be better
The property is nice and has lots of space upstairs A/c isn’t the best and parking could be better (only one space and half the time someone else was parked there) super close to Main st. park city where all the night life, food and shopping is. I’m sure most people stay in winter and it’s even nicer, overall great value and place to stay for me and my 6 friends.

Great Location
The property was very clean and well stocked. The space was redone and looks nice on the inside - don't be fooled by the outside! The building is a bit dated and tired looking but once you enter the condo, that all fades away. Then go on the deck and enjoy the view from the two chairs that are provided. Good water pressure, clean everything and plenty of linens were provided. The bedrooms upstairs were a little warm but the AC on the first floor made it very comfortable. A great place to use as home base for enjoying Park City!

We really enjoyed our stay in park city. The place is very clean and roomy. The location is great as it is a short walk down to Main Street. The area is amazing and we fully enjoyed the outdoor activities.

Great Park City Stay
We had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was very helpful when we had a missing key and got back to us very promptly. The setup was perfect for our group and all beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with the cleanliness and condo overall. I would highly recommend this for a group trip.

Overall, good place to stay. Location is across the street and up two flight stairs to a blue run. Easy walk down stairs to downtown Park City. Pictures are accurate for the place. The one bad thing my guests and I did not like is the hot tub in the basement of the complex was not clean.

Great location -
Perfect location, with easy access to the ski trail in and out just three flights of stairs above, and to the center of town two blocks downhilll. The recently remodeled unit was very nice, and the ski and boot storage area was very handy. We had a couple of minor issues, but the property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. We wish we would have understood before we booked the unit it was one of ten units which all shared one washer and dryer, and also one hot tub, all of which were located in the common area on the lower level. Also, for a unit which could sleep nine there was really only seating for 4 adults to comfortably watch television together or socialize in the evening. They need to do a better job dealing with the trash as it was piled up along the wooden access walkway during most of our trip. Likely due to labor shortages everyone is experiencing, so hopefully that was just a short term issue. Overall, the location was so good we likely would rent it again if we came back to park city.

Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect size for our family of 7. The only item to note is that it is at the top of a hill so driving without a 4 wheel drive was challenging. All-in-all, a great stay!

Great for a family getaway
Great location in Park City, good communication with the owner. Lots of space for a family to spread out, and keep the kids separated as needed. Would love to return some day.

Excellent downtown ski-in condo!
Eight of us stayed for a ski weekend. This condo was exactly as advertised and the owners were great keeping in contact as needed. We particularly liked the ease of getting to Quitting Time run which connects to Town Lift (the access is across the street and up about 3 flights of stairs). Made it even easier getting home by getting off the run at the same point and walking down the stairs. Old town center is about 3 blocks away (down another set of stairs). The condo had tons of sleeping space and ample amenities for eight adults. The living room was a bit cramped but not unmanageable. The large communal hot tub was a big plus too. It’s shared with the other units but we never had issues getting in.

Loved every minute!
We were a group of four staying at this wonderful condo in the heart of everything! The location is everything you want with great access to the run down to Town Lift or to the downtown area. Julie was alway very quick at answering any questions and made check-in easy. The condo itself is very nice, it stayed warm (not always the case in some places!) and the beds were comfortable with cozy linens, shower was great and the towels were soft...all little things which we greatly appreciated! Another bonus we found is that the hot tub could be accessed without going outdoors (again something we don't take for granted with ski rentals). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a fantastic and memorable week!

Enjoyed the convenience of being close to the ski slopes and old town. Really no need to rent a car. But if you must, I might suggest a car with four wheel drive or at least good tread during snowy season.

Wonderful vacation
We stayed here over the New Year’s holiday week and had a wonderful time. The location was superb. We were a short walk to the restaurants on Main Street and the town lift which made it very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great Location!
We had 3 couples in the unit for 4 days and the location was perfect for Main Street and Park City skiing. The owners Julie and Brad were great! Responded within minutes and made sure we were taken care of. Only thing I wish was different about the unit was being there 4 bedrooms (2 down and 2 up) and 3 bathrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) I wish the bunk bed was in the upstairs bedroom with no bathroom. Other then that no problems. Got lucky on no one using the hot tub when we wanted to use it (6-8 seater that shares with 10 units I believe). The ski run down to the staircase across the street from the unit is a blue at the top of the run but from the staircase to the town lift I would say is a green. The bus stop to get to Deer Valley is one block off of Main Street right across from where the stairs go down from the unit. We did not rent a car and never had an issue getting anywhere due to close bus stops and Uber. As for skiing in my opinion (blue and black ability) Park City side has shorter runs and longer lines then the Canyons side. Deer Valley was my favorite but is skier only. We will visit Park City again and this unit will be at the top of the list on where to stay. Thank you again Julie and Brad for allowing us to stay in your unit.

This was the perfect ski condo for my group of 5. The location was great, it had everything we needed, and Julie was a very attentive host. We're already considering it for our yearly trip again next year.
