We give it the best rate possible. The view is absolutely incredible! Each villa has a private pool and a jacuzzi. We really appreciated the excellent cleaning service, each day, including the pool & yard. Check out some photos we took. The sunset was amazing from this location. Oia and Fira are great to visit, but this place had so much privacy, peace & the best view. We truly felt blessed here. Thank you very much, Nikos. 🇬🇷

The people who own the villa were wonderful, welcoming and attentive. Nikos was somebody who an instant like and personified the hospitality we were shown our entire trip. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Quietest place in Santorini with beautiful sunset views
We didn’t know how the breakfast worked before arriving. The host gave us a full walk through when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of items that were provided every morning that we were able to make in private.

Fantastic views of the sea from all sides of the villa. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Breakfast fresh every morning, even supplied home made cakes. Better view of Sundown than from Oia!

The view is amazing, I think the best in Santorini. The Villa is in a quiet location, very clean, the private pool is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is topped up every day, the villa gets cleaned regularly. This was by far the best holiday I’ve ever had.

The view was great, caldera view! The jacuzzi was superb and the pool too, really relaxing. The inside was nice and very clean. The balcony also had a great view and nice dining area. Kitchen perfectly equipped
The breakfast is not special… bread is only loaf bread not real bread and only a slice of cheese per person which we found short. The juice was not great also… not the “hotel breakfast” you could expect.
The host is nice but was a bit in a hurry and didn’t give us any tips… but that might be because we arrived a little late at the check in.
But still a great place to stay! Would repeat it despite this less good points.

The location was perfect. Right on the coastline and was not overcrowded like the rest of the island. The host was extremely helpful with every request. Helped us find a car on the day of arrival, helped us with our personal laundry, restaurant suggestions, etc. I cannot say enough positive things about this property and the people that operate it. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

It is difficult to describe how fantastic Our Villa Santorini is. Our host (Nick) is an absolute legend with nothing being too much trouble. As for the Villa, I do believe there is no better accommodation on the Island. The views from basically anywhere (including the private swimming pool) cannot be matched. The amenities are unbelievable, not least the fully equipped kitchen. The Wifi is seamless. The aircon is perfect. We were also treated to daily breakfasts of overflowing Greek Yoghurt and honey, fruit and cold meats, not to mention the ad hoc freshly baked peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies and muffins. The Villa was kept spotless at all times too. All we can say is an unparalleled thank you to Nick and the Team for an exceptional home in Akrotiri.

If you are searching for the best accommodation without tourists and crowded places, you have found the best one. We had the most amazing time here, the jacuzzi and the private pool were reguraly cleaned, the apartment daily, towel change included. The view was absolutely amazing, just the sea and the islands, no roads, no people. Regarding breakfast, we had more than enough (self serving breakfast, the fridge is filled every day), Nick even got for me gluten free food upon request. All in all we couldn't have asked for more, it exceeded our expectations and we have nothing negative to say about this apartment. If we would stay in Santorini again, we would have stayed here.

Modern, beautifully designed, well kept, clean and spacious Villa, with a garden and swimming pool on top of a cliff. Stunning view from balcony and leaving room. Fully equipped kitchen. Welcoming warm hospitality. Short drive to the famous "red" and "black" beaches, and a "no-name" near by, under the cliff, sandy beach.
1. Isolated from Santorini's main attractions in the north. Due to heavy traffic, it is almost an hour drive to Oia and 30 minutes to Fira. Must have a vehicle.
2. Very windy.
