Le scale di fare attenzione.

Peu de mètres carré mais un studio bien agencé avec un coin chambre séparé. Idéalement placé pour l utilisation des transports en commun.

Manque des grands mugs pour le café du matin. La termostat du réfrigérateur doit rester sur 6 sinon dégivrage et écoulement d eau. Absence de luminosité naturelle.

The studio apartment itself was very modern, bright and clean and as it appeared in the photos. The wifi worked very well and it was very well equipped with all the necessary utensils, equipment and furniture needed. The location is excellent, close to the tram, buses and the metro and also shops and restaurants. It was a comfortable and calm, quiet studio to stay in.

I suggest the booking ad is updated to clarify the following. Firstly the advertisement says the building is from 2015, but I believe it should be that the studio was renovated in 2015. The building itself is old as is the entrance and stairway. This is fine but when I arrived, as we had to wait for the host, I was concerned that I had the wrong place. Secondly it would be good to explain how payment is supposed to work. I was asked for my credit card when I booked and informed a 50% prepayment would be taken. I assumed then that this prepayment plus the balance would be debited from my card. When I arrived it turned out the card was taken as a guarantee not for prepayment so I had to go and find an ATM to pay for the studio. Again this is not a problem as long as one knows in advance.

Weird shower that kept leaking unless you pumped the water out which is easy enough to do. The front of the property and the hallway to the apartment is a bit run down but doesn’t affect the quality of the apartment
