Villas’ style, great position with wonderful sea view, kindness and availability of the owner

Fresh, clean and great location. Niko and his wife were extremely warm, friendly and helpful.

The villas are located in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. Impeccable cleanliness and a quite place to spend a relaxing holiday. A very short walk away there are two beautiful beaches and tavernas. The hospitality is the icing on the cake :) Thank you for everything!

The boutique-style facility is located perfectly, combining both logistics, i.e. convenient access to all parts of wonderful Karpathos plus proximity to the main port, as well as a beautiful view to the Amoopi Bay from the spacious private terrace. Construction and decoration is of excellent quality & taste plus cleanliness is ab-so-lu-tely spotless. The villas provide a lot of comfort and are equipped with everything one might need. All this is combined with the extra, personal touch of Zoe & Nikos, who are warm & considerate hosts and are amazing in making sure that their guests are happy and that any need or advice/ suggestion request is addressed.

There was nothing not to like.

Clean, safe, convenient, private and super hospitable owners all the things you need and when you combine that with amazing beaches and views you have a great combination of quality. We were looking for something that felt like a home not a hotel and we found it. Will definitely be back to visit Zoe and Nicos especially for the Greek coffee and pastries they so kindly offered daily along with “Kalimera”, which we learned was Good Morning in Greek ;-)

Some might complain that the villas did not have a restaurant that was a part of the property. I think that it is good thing they don’t because restaurants bring grease and grease brings smells and smells bring rodents. There are plenty of nearby restaurants.
