Nice receptionists. Very nice and willing to help. Clean reception and common areas like stairs etc. Good location. All neccessary shops in close distance. Market on Thuesdays with fresh quiality food. Two bedrooms. Close to beach. Good public transport availability.

Terrilbly unstable wifi. Slightly smelly bathroom (bad ventilation). Quite old furniture that needs renovation. Broken balkony door (it was not possible to lock). Not working locker. But biggest dissapointment is absolutely absent sound insullation. One can hear all neibours from all sides, you will hear how they eat, argue, washing, having sex, everything. I personaly experienced constant audio violence and complete lack of privacy. Usage of ear plugs didn't help.

Though Wi-Fi is awful.all other things are great-location.comfort.service.staff))Receptionists are friendly and helpful))

Wi-FI is bad /There are not enough utensils.

Location is perfect for me. Far from city centre. Close to climbing areas. Near the bazaar.

WiFi connection is so poor. Sometimes messages hardly load. Need more receivers or better wi-fi spots.

- The price was quite good in that time of the year (January, off-season) - There is a big local producer/villager baazar in every Tuesday in front of the building, so you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables , honey, fishes to prepare your own meal at the apartment. - It is near the main road with many different small markets, restaurants etc. around. - If you have a car, you can park in the premises or in the street free of charge. There are plety of free place available on the street. - It has full size refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, microwave owen, dishwasher etc. - Free wi-fi available if you can find the correct modem, ask to reception how to do / try it. - Not so near by walk to famous Konyaalti Beach, but there are plenty of cheap public transportation. - There are a large outdoor swimming pool, but it was out of operation because of off-season. - With electrical heater, the hot water always instantly avaiable.

- The walls between the rooms are thin and you can easily hear the others in neighbouring room - It has 4 floor high atrium, surrounded with the rooms. The talks/noises at the lobby / receptions are echoed in large atrium ever louder than the original and it is disturbing. there is nothing to the so much for that because of the architectural structure of the building.
