The apartment slept 6 people and was very comfortable.

Limited hot water

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment (Blanche) for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of clean towels, toilet roll and a modern induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The wifi was good. The apartment was always warm and there was always hot water and two good showers. The walk into the centre of town for restaurants was about 5 minutes. We felt we needed our car to drive a little further through the town to the free car park for the ski lifts and supermarket.

The apartment is not well signposted so tricky to find even with satnav. We had a very brief introduction from the lady on reception in the hotel who gave us our key. There was no information provided within the apartment on the apartment appliances, bins and recycling, hotel facilities or resort so we had to go back and inquire about the wifi for example. It would have been extremely useful to be provided with some more provisions for a self catering apartment such as tea towels, bin liners, dishwashers tabs, cleaning cloths as these are not things I would expect to buy while on holiday. Other apartments we have stayed in have left a small stock of oil, salt and pepper for example, although it's possible that this was not available because of covid.

It was clean, beds were made upon arrival and enough towels for the first days. There is a washing machine on the lower floor, so we used it to wash the towels. Close to the ski-area and nice that we were able to buy ski-tickets at the hotel next door.

We stayed in the biggest appt ('Blanche') with the entrance on the ground floor. We booked it for 8 adults, but the sofa bed in the living room slept terrible. We asked upon arrival if ALL the beds were ok to sleep on, since we have 3 adults with back problems. Otherwise we would've brought a mattress-topper or something like that. That wasn't necessary, they replied to us earlier. When we asked for extra, thick blankets (to cover the sofa- bed) the woman at the reception said it was just 'an extra bed'. But we made a reservation for a 8- pers. appt! She gave us 3 extra blankets and we dragged the sofa- mattress to the basement floor. Otherwise we had to sit on a bed in the evenings, because there was just 1 other couch. The other beds were ' okay' but with stiff matrasses. The kitchen was okay, but we missed cups or cutlery for our large group of 8. Glad there was a dishwasher :). The livingroom (with open kitchen/ dining table) was pretty small to suit all 8 adults. Nice to have 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor; 1 in the basement). Unfortunately our upstairs-neighbors (group of Brits) were very loud... We left on a Saturday morning at 7 AM. They said we could leave the keys at the reception desk, but it was still closed (?). That way, we left the keys in the appartment. Thanks for a nice week in Champoluc!
