A well-appointed 4-bedroom home on Lake Norris near Powell Valley resort.
Questa nuova casa si trova in una zona isolata del lago Norris con una leggera pendenza verso il lago. In questa zona boschiva di 90 acri sono solo 9 belle case nuove a 15 minuti da RT. 63. Powell marina è a soli 5 minuti di barca. La pendenza verso il lago NON ha gradini ed è a soli 250 'da questo 4 camere da letto / 3 splendidamente arredate. 5 bagni a casa. Il piano principale ha una grande sala grande, camino, 1/2 bagno, zona pranzo con grande tavolo e ripiani in granito nella cucina ben fornita. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia enorme. Ogni stanza al piano principale ha un cursore di uscita sul ponte parzialmente coperto 12 x 55. Il piano principale ha una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.
Il piano inferiore dispone di 3 camere da letto, una sala giochi con TV da 60 ", un tavolo da ping pong, un divano-letto matrimoniale e una zona bar con frigorifero. La stanza den / play ha un cursore di uscita sul ponte. Camera matrimoniale al piano inferiore ha un re con la propria vasca / doccia e cabina armadio. We rented a pontoon boat , went to the jumping Bridge . Had a blast ! The only negative thing was that we didn’t have a remote to are TV on the main floor , I text the property manager be he didn’t seem to care . We had a go to the bottom floor witch was a little bit hard on my precious wife, but it was worth it !!

We’ve been staying at this house on the lake for the last 6 years. It is fantastic! We love it! This year we enjoyed the improvements of brand new kitchen appliances and some new furniture. The ping pong table and the seclusion of the driveway makes playing catch for the kids big hits!

We loved everything about the house and especially the location. Our boat did get rocked a lot in the slip since there was not a lift, but we were on the lake every day so it really was only a couple of times. We also did a couple of night rides. There is no lighting on the dock which made it a little harder to navigate. The house itself is as described. The rooms were clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had labels on each drawer or cabinet. Very helpful. The fire pit was a nice way to end the day. My 12 year old daughter enjoyed the old video game console too. We loved everything about this place!

We love this house and have stayed here the last two summers. However, we do not plan to stay again. This is a narrow channel of the lake that leads right to the marina. Our boats got ROCKED all week by boats going by fast and with big wakes. This is not the fault of the house, but something to consider. Everyone gets out of the marina's no wake zone and hammers by this row of houses.

This was a very beautiful home and we had a great week. It was very clean and new inside and out. Wonderful dock, great kitchen, nice outdoor spaces.
We were very disappointed to find out there were only 3.5 baths, not 4.5 as listed. The coffee maker did not work and internet was intermittent and would not even send emails most of the stay. The dryer struggled and took multiple times to dry loads.
Also the sidewalk to the dock to the lake was not a gentle slope. The initial drop was the pitch of a staircase with no rail, and the remainder was poured sideways. We have 4 older parents on the trip and they had a lot of trouble with it. We messaged the owner about a couple things when we got there but never received a response.

GramE and Pa and children and grands have visited this property every year for the past 6 years. The location is quiet and private yet easily accessible to both Powell Valley and flat hollow marinas as well as springs and Shanghai. Beds were comfy. Ping pong and cornhole were also welcoming for the grands on a rainy day but mostly we all loved the double decker dock for water fun and docking our boat! We LOVE this house! Our littles are already hoping for a 7th year next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location close to Powell Valley, and a short trip to Flat Hollow, was great. We loved that the house was among forest reserves- the drive in was hilly but beautiful! The set up of the house was great and the short walk to the water was even better! We love to ski & wakeboard, and it was easy to find great water in the area. The fridge was missing some shelves & the oven had seen better days, but overall we had a really great stay. We would definitely come back!

This lake house is beautiful! The pictures are very accurate. Powell Valley Marina is literally around the corner from this house and only a 13min drive. Follow the directions that are given to you, if going on a winding road makes you car sick (and I mean winding) do not follow your GPS to get off at Jellico- go a further bit down on I75 and get off at Carysville. After you get off the main road expect the road to be more one lane- 20mph is your best speed cause there are some big curves and if the other person has a big truck/vehicle it is very tight. This house has more than enough room and beautiful views of the lake. We cooked every meal there, there is plenty of pots/pans/utensils and used the grill each night. The grill brush broke the first night but nothing a trip to dollar general didn't fix and we left it for the next group to use. There was a few shelves in the refrigerator door that were missing and would've been nice to have but bonus that there is a fridge in the downstairs so we stored extra stuff there. The ping pong table and the video game were awesome- my 47yo brother and niece enjoyed it the most! We loved this house so much we can't wait to come back! Also compared to other homes we saw, the walk down to the dock is not bad at all, it's honestly the last little hill at the top, but my dad whose had lots of cardiac issues was able to do it than anyone can! Take the trip, spend the money, rent the boat, it's beautiful and definitely slide down the slide!😀

Family Vacation
Our family had a great time here! The kids loved the dock and the slide! It was nice as it felt like you were in a small cove since area wasn't as busy as some places! Also, loved the ease and proximity of putting the boat in at Powell Marina and short trip to the house!!

Excellent vacation near a newly remodeled marina!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and the layout is the main reason why! The kitchen is huge which is helpful when you have multiple families staying together. The icing on the cake this year is that the Powell Marina was renovated and is now a great place to get some food, ice cream and a cold beer while you’re gassing up!

Lakefront Luxury for Family and Friends
This vacation house is just as beautiful as the scenery surrounding it! Our family of 6, a young grandma, her daughter and granddaughter plus 3 grandsons who enjoyed the game room and fishing on the dock, had plenty of room to spread out. The morning sunrise over the tree lined mountain top across the lake glistened like diamonds on the water thru the morning's mountain mist. We had birds of all kind singing to us, and even an eagle pearched in the branches of the tree by our dock every day! The 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, one on main level and the other master suite on lower level plus a third bedroom, and a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks gave everyone their own sleeping areas. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. And the second full size fridge and freezer was very handy and appreciated. The boys enjoyed thier gaming on the numerous large screen tv's and the pingpong table saw heated battles of laughter! The dock was a great place to spend time in either sun or shade, and floating on the water in the late afternoons, in the shade of the trees and out of the days hot sun was a wonderful way to cool off.
We all had a wonderful time and can't wait to return again.

Our family just LOVES this house and location and have already secured our travel week for next year - a whole year in advance! It’s a perfect house, a perfect swim and boat location with Powell valley marina soooo close! We grilled and roasted and swam and fished! It’s great. Thank you for another perfect vacation!!

It’s as beautiful as the pictures indicate.
This property lives up to expectations. Extremely clean. Excellent checkin/checkout instructions. The deck was perfect for playing and relaxing. The kitchen had quite a few extra pots/pans/etc.
Powell Valley Marina is 1 minute away. Easy access to gas, food and ice cream.
The WiFi worked great until 7pm, then not so good. Not a major deal but get your work done early if necessary.
We will definitely plan another stay.

Beautiful Clean Home - Great Stay
The home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the fact that the weather was unseasonably cold over Memorial weekend! I'm a clean freak, and this home was spotless. Very tastefully decorated, and a perfect getaway for the family. The path to the lake is great with no steps. There was one area between the fire pit and house that was very steep, but very manageable compared to most. The younger adults had fun with the slide and diving deck. Only two complaints: the water got very mucky and lots of sticks/driftwood on the one day we got to swim at the dock. I'm assuming waves from the boats stirred things up. We also didn't have any firewood for the chilly weekend. We tried to reach the property manager but didn't hear back. I'm assuming it was an issue with my service as my phone was going in and out, so can't say it was his fault. Just mentioning it because once you're there, you may not be able to reach him. We ended up going to a small store called Judy's about 20 minutes away and buying some, so all good. All in all, this was a great place for our family and we would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!
We had a great time at Norris Lake! It was our first visit. This house was fantastic. The set up was great, the decor was all new and the view was beautiful! We had 7 people....4 adults and 3 children....there was plenty of room!! It was a perfect low key socially distanced get away!

House is beautiful! Very relaxing trip . Celebrated a 40th birthday with family. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, wood. We had a blast! Want to come back already

Loved this house!
We went for a girls weekend to this beautiful house! The home was very clean, easy to get to (for the directionally challenged), beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The flat backyard made it easy for trips back and forth from dock to house as well as enjoying the fire pit! The owner was very accommodating and timely in his responses. We would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay!

Beautiful home, property and lake! The home is as advertised! We take a lake vacation every year and this is by far the best home, best location, and just beautiful. Easy access to water and marinas. I was booking for next season before we left!

Best vacation to date
We vacationed here with 2 families; 4 adults two 8 YO, two 6 YO And a 2 YO. From day one the kids enjoyed the slide and jump deck. They would get in the water as early as 9! The view was amazing and we even found a great place across the lake from us to jump from rocks! It was quiet and peaceful (nice for mom when the toddler went down). Gary identified a marina for us to rent a boat for a couple days which led to tons of tubing and exploring the beautiful waters. The kids said it was the best vacation and we all definitely want to come back.
There were only two issues during our stay that were immediately communicated and resolved. There were a few bees, but no one was stung and the owner came out to spray. I would also recommend bringing your own coffee pot if you enjoy a cup to three in the morning like we do...it took for ever to brew. Some days we started it at 7:10 and it still had not produced more than 4 cups by 8. Minor detail than can be resolved.
We loved it here and already have recommended Martinis and Bikinis to family and friends!!!!
