Oasi sull'oceano nella famosa North Forest Beach! All'esterno, l'isola vive al suo meglio con vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia per quanto si possa immaginare l'immaginazione. Questa casa ha tutto per il divertimento al mare al sole, tra cui un centro benessere a cascata in una * piscina riscaldata, schermato nella veranda fuori dal soggiorno, e una terrazza privata con vista su tutta l'area della piscina, terrazza prendisole sul lato della duna e spiaggia oltre. Gli aggiornamenti nel 2017 consistono in nuovi arredi e la riaffioramento dell'area della piscina all'aperto, incluso il ponte della piscina. Ci sono due grandi spazi abitativi, uno su ogni piano. Il piano superiore presenta la zona giorno principale con un grande portico schermato, sala da pranzo e cucina che si affacciano sull'oceano. Benvenuti nella grande isola all'aperto!

We are a multigenerational family and this home was near perfect for our crowd. The showers are fabulous, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. The only addition would be a hand rail to get in and out of the pool and the hot tub if you have an elderly guest with mild mobility issues. Otherwise it is fabulous and you will not be disappointed.

Check in was easy. Had one complaint about the pool a lot of debris had blown into it likely from the wind the night before check in, it was immediately responded to. Pool area was great. House was spacious and pretty for a large group. We loved having the bikes though one had a flat.

Property needs work. Not a 15,000.00 rental. Lights in the pool and hot tub didn’t work. Had to request the pool and hot tub be cleaned. Kitchen utensils and such were lacking.

This house has the perfect location on Hilton Head Island. It was incredibly spacious and was very homey and comfortable.

Absolutely worst family vacation ever. Dated house, overpriced, crowded beaches, biting ants all around the pool, ridiculous lines everywhere, slow service and just ok food anywhere we went, and our bicycles stolen by teenage punks. Never coming back.

House was immaculate on arrival. Just a few yards to the beach. Surpassed our expectations. All kitchen amenities, especially grateful for the plastic ware for my grandchildren. Highly recommend. Five stars!!

The house had a great location being so close to Coligny Circle shops. The beach and pool were great. The house was nice, but a little shabby in places- worn, tired furniture, scuff marks on the walls, etc. The kitchen was top notch and the master suite was huge. Nice screened-in porch and a lot of room for the 11 people on our trip. The other bedrooms are rather small and the basement bedrooms are dugeon-like. Some of the bedrooms had no chest of drawers, so there’s no where to put your clothes during the stay and the other bathrooms are tiny. For the money, I thought the place would have been a little nicer, but overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Absolutely perfect!
This was the best vacation our family has ever had. The house was nicely appointed and all the amenities we needed were right there. You could not ask for a better location or ease of use of a property.
The only downfall was lack of parking but we made it work and can't wait to return here!

Very nice ocean front in Hilton Head
This house was very nice! The second and third floors were beautiful and very functional for three families. The new kitchen was second to none. The house was very clean. The pool and ocean occupied most of our time! The outdoor grill seemed very new, and worked well. The only down side we saw was the lower level master bedroom. The AC vent was by the head of the bed, and extremely noisy, making sleep difficult if not impossible. Also with any rain, there was a very annoying drip onto the AC unit outside that bedroom that also made sleep difficult. Perhaps a gutter could be installed to prevent that, and consider upgrading that lover level AC to make that bedroom functional.
