Proximity to the city Friendly staff and owner Old victorian feel

Hot water didn’t work properly the board on the way was not visible especially at night, so it was difficult to find the place

The hotel is situated in a prime location, Just 1km from the Bandarawela Railway station High elevation gives us a boost, Specious rooms, and beautiful colonial design very comfortable and homely feeling

The staff, facilities, and cleanliness were really good. The food was fantastic. Also, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Perfect location because it is locate in town area. Well I thought breakfast was included in my package, but it's not unfortunately. But it not matter anymore because Mr. Raja really helpful and he did better arrangement our breakfast which we brought from outside restaurant.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful with a nice garden. The location is good, near from the city center but away from the noise of the city. The manager and working staff are really helpful and kind, they were presents at every moment and gave us good advices for the next of our trip. The room is spacious, clean and the bed confortable. I highly recommend this place

Highlight of the trip was Rishana and Raja, they were pretty awesome hosts. The location is right on top of hill which gazes over a pretty cool view below. Raja was a great help. Made sure everyone was comfortable. The wash rooms were pretty clean. Warm shower was a blessing too. The TV room and dining are is pretty spacious and comfortable too. All over great experience.

At night it got pretty cold. The single woolen blanket was ok but it got pretty cold after 3am. Cigarette smoke was reeking inside the lobby, not sure why. The food gets delivered from outside, and it takes a while

Great location close to the city centre. Helpful host. Enjoyed the stay.

It was very bad that the owner of the place treated us..We were so uncomfortable. At first he told us that there is a TV and once we get to the room we found only the TV with out any connection. Then he came to the room and carelessly told that " Ohh this is a smart TV ..tousrist people used to bring their Wi-Fi and connect the TV. Then we asked the Wi-Fi password of the hotel as they had not published that on the booking.com site. However he took my phone and type WiFi password on it gave me the phone giving me a very bad feeling as Wi-Fi password is generally given to the occupants while their stay at the hotel. After that we came to us several times to type the password as the the connection was not regular. HE did this kind of a this amidst a pandemic situation COVID 19..THAT IS DISGUSTING. what is he could have done is easily giving us the password instead making us go around. Another sad thing is once we we came to clearance at our check out He the owner tried to keep my Identity card on this pocket while telling me that he gave me the ID. But later I took my ID anyhow..the experience was totally disappointed. 😐🤨
