James & Cindy have a fantastic home! Communication with them was excellent, and their property manager Stephan was helpful and accommodating during check-in. The house itself was perfect for our stay! We were six adult couples (over 40) visiting LA for a 50th birthday. We all felt we had a great amount of space - our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is also excellent - only 2 blocks from the Venice boardwalk/beach, a few blocks from Santa Monica, and very conveniently located near great restaurants/bars/shops. I look forward to coming back and staying again!

We enjoyed our time at this property very much and we were impressed with the proactive communication from the property management. The location comfortably fits at least 6 with plenty of space for everyone and proximity to the area’s highlights is top notch.

Clean property, personal check in process, great location. Was missing hand soap and wash cloth in master bath. Only really minor thing I could say aside from being a great stay.

Check-in Process was great. We were able to check-in early. Property was very clean upon arrival. Private parking was great. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and Santa Monica. It was great having bikes and beach stuff available. Kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Everything was accurately advertised on VRBO. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is a perfect location situated right by the boardwalk for Venice and Santa Monica and we got to enjoy the best of both. The owners were absolutely wonderful in their communication and were a pleasure to work with. Great for teenagers and pletny to do with our family in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and we'll be back!

House is in a great spot to walk anywhere within a few minutes. The HVAC was an added bonus and kept the nighttime very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Location is excellent and very clean, worked perfect for a group of adults who were happy to walk around the area while Ubering to other events.

I’m a single mom with three kids and we enjoyed this house very much. It is an easy walk to the beach and lots of activities, but feels removed from the downsides of Venice Beach. We had groceries delivered and everything was easy. Great restaurants nearby.

We loved having the simple beach cruiser bikes too.

This is a great place, as advertised. Very comfortable space for me, my husband, our teenage boys, my sister and niece. Roomy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen and comfortable seating area. Great location! Halfway between Venice pier and Santa Monica pier. Short walk to beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Private garage. Also, easy access to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and 15 minutes to LAX. Would love to go back!! We were met at the home for a quick tour and rundown and key drop off…so easy! Great hosts!

Great property, 2 blocks from Venice. My boys walked or skated everyday to the beach. Very safe and secure home. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee.

As-advertised, would stay here again. Best for those who understand and appreciate the Venice vibe.

Other comments about proximity to homeless are not well informed. That is an LA problem, not a homeowner problem. The property is gated and secure and the garage is safe and off street. Check in was easy and location was an easy walk to beach, boardwalk and Santa Monica Pier. We would stay here again.

The property was fantastic! The home matched the pictures and was beautiful and comfortable and not sterile. We did not want to leave, we only left because they were already booked for the rest of Feb. The location was perfect in walking distance to the beach, shops and great restaurants, city folks will love the Venice vibe! James, Stephan, and Cindy were welcoming and responsive as hosts . I highly recommend this property and would stay here again! K

It was equipped with enough dishes and pots to cook a large turkey dinner. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and had plenty of linens and towels. A lot of rentals exaggerate the closeness to the beach but in this case it really is just a few minutes walk. The shops are a few minutes in the opposite direction. The property was very clean and there were lots of extras we were not expecting such as bikes. We had two cars (SUV’s) and were able to fit both in the two car garage. We had a warm welcome from Stephan who covered everything we needed to know. Moreover, the Property Manager responded immediately to any queries. The three bathrooms were a big plus. It was very well equipped. The air conditioning was a big plus and very welcome. I usually like to stay at different properties when visiting family but would consider returning to this property.
