Disappointed that there was no sofa in our room.

The property is very clean and spacious. It is located in a leafy suburb of Berlin. The location worked well for me due to my business priorities but it is quite far from everything else.

The room prices at this property have gone up steeply since my last visit. Cost-quality ratio was not very favorable

Spacious, bright and airy room with comfortable bedding. Really quiet. Located in a nice suburb of Berlin, excellent public transport made it very convenient to get into the city and back home regardless of the day or time.

Shower water pressure was weak in the mornings. Fine if showering at night.

Comfortable and close to everything I needed

The water pressure in the shower was very poir making it extremely difficult to shower

Not super convenient that no one was on duty, but the instructions were clear about how to use the machine.

Once I had the key, it was unclear about how to get into the building and where, we had to ask some people who were outside for help.

Perfect location, bigger room with balcony and perfect customer care.

It was a good sized flat, easily accessible with key card, parking available. Good shower, reasonable wifi and was very clean and staff were all great. Towels etc good quality.

Facilities in kitchen were meagre,no sharp knives for peeling/ cutting. Cross-ventilation was not good during hot weather, too warm in flat.

Everything was in good working order. Cleanliness on arrival very good.

No breakfast available, due to lack of hotel guest. The bed sheets were not changed at all during my 8 nights stay.

The property had good parking. Property had an easy access 24/7 to get into the apartment. It had lots of promise if there were people you could actually contact at the desk on the weekend.

When things did not work properly, we tried to get in touch with people. Nobody answered. We were there on Saturday morning trying to decide if we should continue to stay at the place where the shower was just a tiny stream of water where you have to wave it back me forth across your head. . We had reservations until Tuesday. The hours for the office were not until Monday. There was nobody who contacted us so we had to leave. otherwise we were facing the prospect of a really bad shower until the following Monday. We also had asked for things in advance that they said they would give us, such as a coffee maker and an egg pan, but those things are not there. Of course we could not reach anybody to ask for those things. we wasted a lot of our morning trying to figure out what we’re going to do about breakfast because the breakfast items we requested are not there. No one was there to help us find them. So we felt our only way out was to leave and find a better place even though we had prepaid. Now we are not getting any money back from this place because they were not helpful in trying to get in touch with us. They say they tried to call us but that is not true. We were trying on Saturday morning to get their attention and finally got somebody on Sunday who said they would call us on Monday. Now it is Wednesday, and no one has called us. It is the worst booking.com experience I’ve ever had in 20+ years of booking.com. I guess I have donated over $300 to this hotel, but I would stay away from it if I were you

Very nice and helpful staff. Always find parking space. Comfortable rooms. Close supermarket.
