What you expect from the fab chain is what you get here - clean and well sanitized room, all rooms and washroom painted in white can't spot any dirt, washrooms well cleaned and hygienic, Daikin air conditioning. Hot water supply and lastly tasty healthy breakfast to get you going with one hot one cold and beverage of your choice which was filly and included in room price. No doubt it's now one of the oldest property of fab hotel in Gujarat.

I had come to the hotel for office work in Vadodara with kids, I got a proper room cleaning and found it safe for them to say.

During check in it took 10 mins to fill register and scan ID card whish as per hotel is compulsory to upload to government. Other wise all things are well managed. Best part is I gave laundry in the morning and received same day evening. I prefer to stay in this hotel.

Could increase staff training

It matched to their moto of good sleep, clean rooms and good breakfast. Best for the rate offered in this category.

For my office work i come to Vadodara twice every month. For me this is best hotel close to railway station with right price and good service. Very clean white rooms with good hygiene standards. Best breakfast in Sayajigunj area.

We came for a family visit and right from room stay, room service, breakfast and other help from support staff was appreciable. Thanks to the service extended once again.

It was not mentioned that the facility does not have lift. I was travelling with my aged parents and we got room on 2nd floor. You shld mention if the facility has lift or not helping travellers make an informed decision

Worst behaviour and service

The room was very neat and clean. All the amenities were well placed.

The television in one of the rooms was non functional. A request was registered at the reception to get it fixed. The personnel came to attend to the complaint however did not work on it. The television was not operational during the stay.

Good location, comfortable bed, good facilities, everything clean, good value. Little balcony too which was nice.

When I arrived at front desk I had a severe headache. The person at desk not only made me fill out the usual book and passport copy, but also a huge additional form. He was very stressy about all the details on this additional form, making check in much harder than it needed to be. I was standing there about 20 minutes, he didn't help me at all with luggage, and didn't help when he could see I was unwell and asked to be shown to the room and to complete this extra long process later. He also brought change from booking to the room, and hammered on the door, and opened the door of the room when it was closed. He attempted to open door again when he needed another copy of my passport. This should never happen in a hotel. Not a huge deal, but some customer service training is definitely required there. I'm currently in a cheaper hotel where check in was easy, smooth and courteous, so its definitely possible on a budget stay.

I did not like anything

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. They do not accept a new guest. After 11 o clock night no one is available at the desk. Very shabbily managed. No lift but no one helps to take your luggage up stairs. Very unfriendly staff. They were not allowing me to check in and then check out as my advance payment ( paid 20 Hrs before to Fab) was not updated in their system. The worst part was, I had to make calls continuously to Fab, as their lines come busy continuously to update the in their system and then I was allowed to leave. Please don’t go to this hotel. I booked for 3 of my family members and paid for 3 but facilities were provided for 2. I felt as if the staff are not happy that you have come. I travel frequently but the staff here were the worst

Lift was not in working condition and so it was very difficult for seniors to go upto 2nd floor for every time…for breakfast then for lunch and afterwards for dinner also.They should mention the same on their website this fact.
