Its nearby from Vadodara Station. Best stay ,value for money ,most comfortable and well located. Very clean property .

The night when I checked in the AC was not working after informing the front desk they sent some one who checked & told me that I didn't used the proper settings. I explained him that AC is set to lowest temperature with high fan speed from 1 hour but still it is not cooling. He said he will check with the maintenance, then complete silence for another 30-40 minutes. I again dialed front desk & they said they could not do anything at the night & I've to stay without Air Conditioning for the night. Next day AC was working fine, during check out on third morning I asked the front desk guy to compensate for the blunder he simply refused which i don't appreciate. I'm not going to stay with them again.

Wifi was not working most of the time. It kept turning off at least 15 times a day for 10-15 min at a time. On the last day it was off for more than 10 hours. I asked if visitors are allowed, they said yes during the day, but when my girlfriend came to visit they said not allowed. I said I was told yesterday that visitors are allowed. The guy called someone and then told me that only men can visit men, and women, women. The hotel staff only work certain hours and will tell you to call back later when they are open/working eg. (Asked for a bowl and spoon around 11:30pm, they said call back tomorrow at 7am). Ordered lasagna and pepsi. The pepsi came around 10 min later. Was waiting for the lasagna for another 30 min before calling them, only for them to say that lasagna is not available. Tried ordering something else and they said the kitchen is closed now and to order later. The rooms seem clean, but are actually very dirty. The bathroom sink had black larvae coming out of one of the holes every time I came to wash my hands. Rooms have paper walls, I can hear a bunch of noise all the time, whether its staff cleaning or neighbors. If you have a late night and want to sleep in be prepared to be woken up by cleaning staff ringing your doorbell 3 or 4 times and then reception calling you about cleaning your room. I booked this hotel for 6 days from the 20th till the 26th dec 2021. Around 2 weeks before my scheduled stay I realised that I wont be able to check in until the 22nd. So i called up the hotel wanting to reschedule. On booking.com it says the stay is non-refundable, but you can change the dates up until 5 days before your stay. So because the guy at the hotel reception said that he cannot make any changes to my stay I tried doing it through booking.com. I didnt get a response until a few days later and they told me to send in a new date change request. So I did, but they didnt respond again for another few days and then asked me to do it again.
