ant infestation in kitchen, rubbish left under beds and under lounges, hot water system extremely poor, beds not made, air con did not work, DVD player was broken

no towels, bed sheet, pillow cases which are basic needs don't know how many people slept without it in bare bed like we did which also causes cross contamination

nice outlook & location but does not compensate for poor quality of accom. Worse than a hostel.

kitchen unworkable. Stove broken & filthy. Fridge mouldy. Elec frypan not working. Powerpoints & leads in rooms unsafe. Aircon insufficient in living & none in other rooms which were unbearably hot & smelly. Laundry is shared. Security is poor. had to abandon.

Room amenities are very out dated, beds are extremely uncomfortable, the shower is to small to fit a regular sized human. Furniture smelt old and stale. Value for money is very poor. No secure carpark. We returned the keys within 30mins of receiving them. Would not recommend to anyone.
