Very helpful staff, large comfortable room. Superb food at rooftop terrace/ restaurant and basement steakhouse.
One lift broken and the other unreliable. Needs fixing.

Die Lage war gut und auch die Rooftop Bar.
Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel mit Blick auf den Hinterhof und auf die gegenüberliegende Mauer. Die laute Lüftung hörte man andauernd.

the location near downtown activities, historic area
fee for parking, it was convenient but I didn't appreciate the charge and not knowing up front

Breakfast was good, the William and Henry restaurant was excellent and the Skyline was also excellent.
A little disappointed that they charged $12 for parking, which they did not sat there was a charge for. We didn't use Valet parking which was $17, they asked if we were parking the car ourselves and told us to place the card in the windshield we found out there was a charge on check out.

Housekeeping knocking on door @ 8 AM , when there is a 11:00 Checkout .
No real breakfast after 11:00 when there are restaurants on the property

I didn’t love the Skyline bar. The drinks weren’t very good. They were very expensive for mediocre.

The elegance of the property can not be overstated. Not a speck of dust can be detected. It carries an air of being lovingly maintained. Tangible history still lives in the walls. The Virginia truly feels like American Royalty. Amazingly, it was priced so that my kids and I (a middle class group) could enjoy all of the opulence and history. We all agree that it was the nicest stay we have ever had!

we had a Junior suite which was perfect for myself and husband and son. The Marigold opened early enough for breakfast for my son to get food before his swim meet. skyline the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

The staff was *exceptionally* friendly. Front desk staff were great conversationalists and the doorman gave excellent recommendations. It truly felt like a very welcoming hotel.
Maybe the room was a bit small? I found the entire experience exceptional. I don't have more to say.

This was a luxury hotel experience for a very affordable price! The bathroom was HUGE and everything is updated! The staff were incredible!
Unfortunately there is nothing to do around the hotel Lynchburgh is a ghosttown.
