Locatie hotel is midden in het centrum, boven eigen restaurant. Alles op loopafstand. Hotel via zij-ingang 24-7 te benaderen. Ontbijt zit bij de prijs in. Betaalbaar en erg vriendelijk personeel.
Geen eigen parkeermogelijkheden. Maar hier kan het hotel niets aan doen

Warm and flexible people who care for their guests. Our stay was a delight. Location is fantastic and most tourist attractions are within a short walking distance. Food is fresh and well made. Italian dishes are delicious. Staff is very attentive and has a friendly attitude.
Would highly recommend this place as it has a relaxed vibe.
Thank you to the hotel team for a wonderful time. We will surely visit again.

Great location just outside the Main Street.
Clean room, sheets, bathroom.
Made the bed after our first night.
Had a wardrobe - we have stayed in a place in Valkenburg that didn’t!
The room we had was quiet
squeaky floor.
Didn’t bother us but window was looking out onto a wall, maybe ask for a room higher up if you want a view (no lift).
Again not really an issue for us but the shower would be difficult to get into if you were very large (width ways).
Breakfast very basic. Ham, cheese, boiled egg, different types of bread and rolls, yoghurt, fruit and I think cereal.

* Breakfast wasn't great, but ok.
* You can hear noisy residents come up stairs after pubs closing. Maybe add signs asking fellow residents to be quiet. People unfortunately can be very inconsiderate of others and have to be reminded.
* Door handle on room 15 is interesting. Best fix before someone gets locked out

Breakfast was OK it was a small selection rolles were warm , coffee good, tea was weak,
Room was ok an odour came from toilets, although bedding iooked clean there were small black hairs on them, I didn't look up what the room facilities had on booking so a little disappointed there were no tea/coffee making in room, or no hair drier, shower was hot but awkwardly placed on wall so showeing was a bit of a challenge, staff were quiet, friendly but not talkative could of smiled and looked like they enjoyed their job, parking was hard to find so had to use the main parking opposite which cost us was 46 euros fior the 2 days parking and you could only use cash to pay, apart from that being central to everything was good

The hotel is located in the center and all the main sites (and a lot of restaurants and cafes) are within walking distance. The hotel itself has a restaurant as well. We had a nice room with comfortable beds and a bath. We had some noise from our neighbors but overall is was very quiet and we had a good nights rest. Breakfast is a buffet and the coffee is very good.

The owner was very nice. Location is very good. Breakfast was also nice.
The room was very small for 3 persons and the double bed was hard. The extra bed was laying softer and much better.

Bad wifi, the bathroom was dated and not really clean. Some sockets (near the bed) weren't working and the room became very damp because of poor ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom door is open at the bottom (about 5 cm) so you can hear and smell everything..

Hotel is very noisy, all sounds made by neighbors can he heard. Bathroom facilities are very basic: The shower went from hot/cold and back. Bathroom is also outdated. No Airco in the hotel, breakfast is simple but sufficient.
