Posto molto tranquillo a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare. Molto piacevole la colazione a bordo piscina.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Absolute faires Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Schöner Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal, das auch gerne mit guten Empfehlungen bereit steht.

Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend.

Super amables, el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy completo y la zona de la pileta es la joyita. Cómodo para ir caminando desde el puerto, muchos restaurantes por la zona

Si vous êtes à pied l emplacement qui est à 2 pas du port de parikia si vous êtes en voiture attention il n y a pas de parking à l hotel mais un public à 3 min à pied , l extérieur de l hotel est très jolie avec piscine bananiers et petits chat et chien , l hotel dispose de chaises hautes pour bb

La chambre très sombre , le petit déjeuner qui n est pas top du tout café filtré jus de fruit pas du tout bon , l insonorisation de la chambre est catastrophique on entend quasiment tout ce qui se passe à côté, ayant eu un problème avec mon véhicule et ne parlant pas très bien anglais le personnel de l hotel n à pas voulu téléphoner à l agence pour expliquer le problème je trouve ça moyen

Un lieu magique. Très belle piscine au milieu d’un jardin de bananiers. Très beau.

Great location, only few min walk to restaurants. One of the only hotels with a lovely big pool in the town. One room was lovely next to the pool , but the other one up the stairs bathroom was a bit dated and had to hold the shower head.

No music round pool and no atmosphere. We arrived with my teenagers mid afternoon who promptly got straight in the pool. This was the reason we booked the hotel after all! After 10 mins of jumping in and splashing about and general pool play the manager woman came over and insisted was a ‘no jumping in’ rule. This was obviously rubbish ( no diving is acceptable but not no jumping in) and had said this to stop them making noise and having fun. If she had waited another 5 mins they would of been on the sunbeds on their phones in silence like 97% of their time. Put a bit of a bad start to what should of been a nice stay. Several other guests we spoke to also said they found her either very ‘fake nice’ or miserable.

Not at all like the pictures, very basic, breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice. Rooms need an upgrade. Lots of mould in shower. The pool area was lovely but too many noisy kids. Not hotels fault but parents need to keep kids quite,unable to relax with loud kids. not enough pool lounges. Pool rarely cleaned we stayed for 3 days and you could see the pool was full of hair, oil etc.

Location was perfect, near all restaurants. Also ferryterminal and bus station near. Hotel was nicely kept, nice staff and Nino the dog.. Room was with a good size and with a balcony. Breakfast was ok, maybe some changes between the dates would be nice. Also vegetables would be nice add. Breakfast area was nice by the pool.. Garden and pool area really nice. Overall a nice small hotel with lovely spirit..

Hot water was not coming from shower every morning. Was not a big problem to us.

The facilities lacked a bit of upkeep compared to the photos. Our bed didn’t come with a sheet nor a quilt or any other form of warmth. The breakfast could be improved

Nothing really

The location of Case Di Roma was ideal and only a short walk to the seafront where there were many lovely restaurants and bars. The pool was a good size and caught the midday sun. Our room had a large balcony which was ideal for sitting on in the evening.

Breakfast was slightly limited however the fridge in our room allowed us to keep our own food.

The staff was very welcoming and the location could not be perfect! the room was big and with direct access to the pool, we loved being able to have breakfast every morning by the pool. Peaceful and relaxing place.

Maybe breakfast could have more options and towels need an upgrade, this is more of a feedback not a complain as it did not bother us during our stay.

Amazing little oasis in Parikia. Being surrounded by banana palms (with bananas on them!) and bamboo and the pool, it almost felt more like being in the tropics than being on a greek island. I had a big sized room and bathroom, just off the pool area. Good, filling breakfast every day. About 10 minutes walk from the port in a quiet area. Helpful and friendly manager.

Very quited place in general, but unfortunately the sound travels fast from neighbouring rooms (so it was a little hard to sleep when there were screaming kids next door).

We loved our week's stay at Casa di Roma. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool with a roomy bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and plenty to fill up on for your day exploring. The location was great, only a couple of hundred metres from the foreshore and restaurants.

It’s only 10mn walk from the port. the location is in center of the town so really convenient. Our host give us many advice and answer all of our questions.

The room is really small and unexpected compare to the great photos. The bathroom is tiny without a door to separate the shower cabine so there’s flood after taking a shower. No kettle and the isolation is terrible. We literally hear everything, especially every noise from our neighbor…no matter the time. The shower sewer of our room smells pretty bad 😖

The accommodation was as expected from the photos. The bedding was clean however the bed was a little hard but I think this is standard for Greece (and I’m used to x3 different mattress toppers for my bed at home in australia haha) and the bed hardness didn’t really affect my sleep. The bathroom was small but the water was nice & hot. The staff were really helpful - Angelica at reception helped me to hire a car at 09:45 and the car arrived at the accomodation by 10:30 ! Breakfast was simple and basic but it was included so it was a good way to have a quick bite in the morning before a long day sightseeing. Lastly I walked to the accommodation from the port - it’s a bit over 500m…which doesn’t sound like far but with a big heavy suitcase it’s a bit of a slog so just be prepared if you’re planning to walk but it’s not un achievable and the walk itself is along the water & rather pretty :-)

I don’t have any real complaints - only thing I could mention & it’s being picky is the blanket for the bed. As I stayed in October it was a bit cool at nights at the blanket wasn’t overly nice. It was a heavy wool blanket and it was warm but I would have preferred something fleecy/fluffy or a doona. But that wouldn’t stop me from recommending this hotel or staying again.

Comfy bed. AC unit in the room. Nice door onto a little patio with a path directly to the pool. A clothes rack for drying washing was a nice touch. And there is a laundromat a 2 minute walk away which was very convenient. Continental breakfast had lots of options. The pool was unheated (October) but not icy so it was lovely to have a refreshing dip after being out in the salty sea and wind all day. The manager stayed up very late to check us in after our ferry was super delayed - thank you!!!

The only negative is that the shower leaked a lot so the bathroom floor was uncomfortably wet for quite a while after use, but we got new bath mats each day so it was not too bad.

Breakfast needs to have some hot and savory food as there was too much cold and sweet stuff
