The staff were absolutely incredible and very accomodating. They made our stay so easy and nice. We will definitely be coning back to galaxy suites next time we visit.
Also best views of the sunsets and the outdoor swimming pool is a vibe. Also so close to everything.

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird für jeden Gast morgens frisch zubereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Man versucht dem Gast alles von den Augen abzulesen.

Przepyszna restauracja, cudowne miejsce pełne uroku i romantyzmu. Cudowny personel, pani z recepcji przemiła Goog morning z ust tej pani płynie jak nuta o poranku… ☺️personel obsługi cudowny bardzo na poziomie przesympatyczny … cudowny szef i pani menadżer 👍pozdrawiamy obsługę i oczywiście będziemy polecać i Wrócimy do was kochani🫶

We woke up to mesmerizing panoramic vista every morning and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance in Imerovigli. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We can't wait to come back. If you go to Santorini, you know you will overpay for basically everything. Food, hotels, etc. This place is not cheap, but you do get really good rooms, amazing views, several pools, and very well trained staff.
Power cut sometimes, which the hotel can't help.

One of the best locations to stay in Santorini. Amazing sunset view, excellent staff, nice breakfast in the room and very convenient parking nearby. Highly recommended!

Fast response times and the best hospitality, ask and you shall receive!
Car parking can be a little hectic, we were lucky to get a park close by.

View and host were very nice, room was spacious and service great. Walk around was beautiful and breakfast was lovely.
We would have liked room upstairs with no blocking of view from hot tub like we saw in pics but what we got was bit different with partial view.

Location and views were perfect, infinity pool with its spectacular view across the Caldera was out of this world. Staff were very nice and helpful.
We had a cave villa as we were 6 people I think it would have been better to have taken 3 suites. Breakfast was ok. The place is a little worn, broken tiles and worn cushions in public areas. For the price we paid I would have expected better upkeep.

Host friendly and always available to reply questions or solve little problems. The view is amazing, especially at susnset. The food is good, very big and various breakfast + an excellent restaurant
The sofa and the covers of the bed weren't clean, I saw some stains especially behind the sofa. The water of both pools is cold and considering the wind which is common in the area it was hard to join the pool

The scenary, the breakfast and hospitality was amazing.
The suite jacuzzi was full of ants along the side wall. Was uncomfortable to use it.

I am speechless. Everything from start to finish it was impeccable. Location location location, best view of sunset every night. It was walking distance from Fira, and only 10 min ride to Oia. If you want to actually enjoy Santorini and away from chaos of Fira this is the place to be. A perfect gem.

The view and the location was amazing. The staff were fantastic! They did everything to make your stay as confortable as possible. I recommand everyone this hotel!

The pool was amazing and sunset from the pool too. Clean and nice room. Good breakfast. The view was good and the hot tub is interesting to experience.
Host seemed tired and feels not comfortable at work...

got an early check-in and room upgrade. the location is amazing for people who love privacy. extraordinary view, the romantic vibe, and the top floor pool.
the breakfast was simple and plain. coffee tastes very bad. I couldn't eat much even I was hungry. There was no bottle of water in the room. The water drain very slow in the shower room. The toilet room was smelly, so the door needs to be closed when not used. For the price, I have paid and a 4stars hotel I think it should be better than this.
