Friendly staff and good breakfast

The convenient location to attend a gig nearby. Friendly staff. Late check out. Easy free parking. Nice bar area with interesting beers and wines.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room despite being non smoking.

The place was easy to locate

The room was in the downfloor, everyone passing by can see you in the room or you lock down the window, and the room was very cold, I requested for them to change the room and they refused, one of the staff was very rude and she said customer has no right there to request for change of room

Windows are not adapt and too old. comes the cold inside the room from outside. too many rumors in the room. the noise protection of the room is very bad. the smell into the room is not so good the mobiles in the room are very old and the bed is not so comfortable

The staff was very helpful and always ready to answer our various questions. The water pressure at my room was terrible at first. When I told the person at the reception about it, she promised they would fix it. And they did. They replaced the entire shower! Excellent water pressure after that. The room was very spacious for one person.

The breakfast was quite monotonous: mainly different kinds of croissants. We had pizza for lunch at the hotel one day and it was terrible, too much cheese and not much else.

The hotel is located in an area with a lot of stores, restaurantans, etc but quite far from the centre. You need 40 minutes to commute. Mercadona supermarket is behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and nice. Breakfast is buffet and it is 8 eur if you pay one day in advance. Children above 8 years old pay also 8 eur for breakfast. The king size bed is confortable. The coffee at the bar is very good. The parking is free of charge near the hotel but if you arrive after 6 pm it takes you some time to find a free parking spot.

If you travel with kids, the sofa in the room is extensible but it is not confortable to sleep on it. It is noisy when children move on it while sleeping. The breakfast is so and so. Too many sweets and there is no hot choices like scrambled eggs.

bathrooms are really bad. Looked like they have never been cleaned regularly. Walls are dirty too.

For the price of the suite I was disappointed. No slippers or bathrobe No shampoo or anything other than gel and soap No coffee/water/tea or anything else The bath is just old and needs changing.

We booked two rooms. Both were very spacious which was nice. The price was very good considering it was in July.

The second room we took for my brother had very old toilets, they looked a bit in construction with a curtain for the shower etc. Mine was very nice though

They put us in the most hot room with sun on the external wall until quite late which made the room quite uncomfortable until later in the evening. We asked to be moved but they asked us to wait until the air con would cool the room, which made the whole afternoon quite uncomfortable.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was fine for what we needed which was an overnight stay prior to la tomatina

Food in the evening wasn’t very good - rather greasy and quite bland but did the job.

Excelent treat from staff. Excelent location.
