Excelente ubicación y muy limpio. Tres cuartos amplios y 2 baños equipados. Zona muy tranquila donde se podía descansar. Cuartos equipados con toallas y sábanas para todos.

Hora de check out muy temprana el último día (a las 11:00) y tampoco podíamos dejar las maletas allí durante ese último día. En la publicación del alojamiento se detallan algunos servicios que luego no se cumplen (son cosas menos importantes, pero si no se van a cumplir mejor no poner que están incluidos): - No había ni gel ni champú en la casa (no lo llevamos nosotros de antemano porque según se anunciaba estaba incluido) - Solo uno de los 3 cuartos tenía armario - Para acceder a la casa no hay tarjeta de acceso, se accede con una llave normal. Sólo un juego de llaves para todos. - Uno de los cuartos no contaba con persianas, por lo que desde muy temprano entraba claridad.

The apartment is in a great location right in the centre of Valencia. Everything is close such as restaurants, coffee shops, markets and all sights. The hosts very very helpful and kind with a quick reply and cooperation to all questions needed for our stay.

The apartment in a first look seems nice and comfortable, but we were a group of 7 people and a lot of things did not work in the apartment. You wanted to take a shower and the bathroom was leaking, you wanted to turn the AC in the living room and the guys in the other bedroom had water running under their beds. The TV colours were red and black. The floor was kind of damaged as well at times. It was really uncomfortable living in this apartment after a few days and we it definitely did not meet the value for money criteria. The only positive is the location.

Impossible to talk on the phone with the person supposed to hand in the key. Very stressful.

The location is perfect, just in the heart of the city. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it is very comfortable for a group of 7 people.

There were leaks in both bathrooms. The floors were dirty, and there weren't any mops or other things to clean if you needed them.

Kind host, quick reply. The location is in a quiet place. It takes 2 3 minutes to walk to the main street. In addition, near the bus (5 mins to walk) and tram (10 mins to walk) to go to the beach, Valencia aquarium, etc.

Good location. Lovely city.

Very little people who speak in English. No communication for solving problems.

This spacious apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city and also for quick access to the beaches via the metro tram. The host was very helpful and arranged for us to leave our bags at the apartment prior to check in.

Sometimes noisy at night from the other apartments in the block. Although perfectly clean on arrival and mainly well equipped, the apartment could do with an end of season spruce up and some better glassware, cutlery and utensils in the kitchen.
