We expected a room and got a large apartment. Interesting quirky design of the interior. Great views both of the centre and the castle area. Good breakfast included, including scrambled eggs freshly made to order. Impeccable cleanliness, both in the apartment and bathroom. Our apartment had a narrow stair up to a roof window which opened to a great city panorama. Private parking at the back entrance of the building.

Bad ventilation - the apartment on the highest floor became quite hot and stuffy. When I switched on the AC, it started to blow hot air instead of cold one (I switched the cooling function on before). We had to open the window wide which solved the problem but there was some noise from the street below.

Uncomfortable bed. Bedroom area was hot, had no window in bedroom, AC did not work.

Very dirty. Dust everywhere. The pillows smell to sweat. I found a rotten apple in a drawer, which must be there who knows how long. TV not working

shower, appearance good but not all the functions works, can be used only as a normal shower. TV was not working. No drinks on freedge and no tea available on the boiler. Screaming babies during the night

The bath was malfunctioning - the water stayed in the tube. However, we were offered to use another one so it was OK in the end.

Apartment was big, comfortable and had all I needed. Staff was good.

The view, especially from the roof was beautiful. The location in the city center offers fast connection to all the good restaurants and historical part of the city. Unfortunately, you have to calculate with noisy night streets during the weekend. There are lot of bars in the surrounding.

I liked that the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was freshly made to our request and was tasty! The room was big and spacious, with access to the roof! Was worth the money :) Clean and all amenities were there as needed.

The left side of the mattress, was a little too dug in. I would recommend switching mattresses (I think it’s been used for too long) since it had a hole shape. But other than that no complaints!
