Piscina

Este departe de partie, trebuie sa mergi acolo cu un autobuz pus la dispozitie de ei, dar care pleaca sin ora in ora. Mancarea nu este variata si este cam de slaba calitate Camerele nu sunt ca in poze, usile nu se inchid bine, nu ai uscator de par, minibar nealimentat.

Че бяхме само за 2 дни в хотела.

Хотела има нужда от освежаване. Спа центъра не е добър вратата на парната баня не се затваря, половината плочки на вътрешния басейн липсват, храната става ако не сте притенциозни. В ресторанта ако си поръчате кафе ви се задава въпроса от хубавото или от другото съответно всеки ще избере хубавото и ви пращат на лоби бара където трябва да си го платите а сте уж ол ин клузив. Асансьора на сградата издава брутални звуци които се носят из целия хотел и буквално ако сте в стая в близост до него не може да спите или ще бъдете събудени рано от първия качил се в него. Машината за тоукъни в гейм руума не работи (работи но приема само монети а не е толкова трудно да я отворят да вземат толкъните и да ги продават от рецепция, но за тези прости решения се изисква креативност, която там липсва.)

Стаите бяха добре почистени, храната беше хубава и персоналът беше любезен. Гледката беше прекрасна.

Спа центъра беше прекалено малък. Пред сауната и парната баня имаше опашка от хора. Басейнът е занемарен и водата беше студена. Липсата на топла връзка с допълнителната сграда също е голям минус. Ресторантът е твърде малък, за да събере всички гости на хотела. В стаята липсваха принадлежности, които в останалите хотели е осигурена. Определено не бих посетила отново.

The location was great and the design of the outdoor spaces - the pool, the garden... The food was wonderful, too!

The bathroom had some mold around the corners of the bathtub and the sink in the kitchen was broken. No microwave...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food and great mountain view.

It was vacation only for 4 days

The room was very spacious.

First thing first they found it very difficult to find our reservation and when we asked about where we could park, they were arrogant when they were answering. In the apartment there were an electric kettle and washing machine that were in a horrible state. In the kettle there was a spider, and it seemed like the washing machine was not cleaned, like ever. In the first couple of days in the was very warm, but the rest of the days was kinda cold. The all-inclusive included only the bar in the restaurant, and it was active from 10am to 10 pm, which meant when you are having breakfast you don't have all-inclusive, since breakfast was from 8 am to 10 am. When we asked on the bar in the restaurant if we can get water for the room, they told us that we have to bring our glasses from the room, so they can fill them up, or we can buy a bottle of water even though we had all-inclusive. The spa that they offered for free with the all-inclusive included a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath. From all of those only the sauna and the steam bath were hot, the pool and the Jacuzzi were very cold. We had to get out of the spa to ask them if they can make them a little bit warmer. Their answer was that they can, but we had to wait 10-20 min, but after almost 30 min later the water had just begun to warm a little, so we just gave up and went back to the room. Lastly the internet speed, a very important part I might say. It was very, very slow, even though every room had its own access point. We could barely manage to stream an episode of one of our series, but we quickly switched to our hot spot from the phone (and no we did not have unlimited plan)

only the rooms were the positive thing.

they told us they serve for dinner multiple different meat dishesh in the phone. but reality was most of the dishes were pork. And saturday they had mexican theme food where 80% of the main meals were pork and we coudnt eat it. and one staff lied to us that one dish was not pork, when in truth it was. And the food was cold. spa was disappointing.

The room was nice and clean the hotel facilities were good as well and clean.

We were group of 3 and one bed was a sofabed which is not so comfortable and wasn't clear on the room information. The staffs are not very friendly and also they are not prepared to receive people from other countries. The are a lot of options for food for breakfast and dinner the only problem is that the food is cold. The hotel is more for Bulgarian people.
