Where do I even begin? We were greeted by the most delightful face we’ve ever seen. George ever so graciously met us in the streets to help us with our bags and show us to the hotel. They were able to accommodate our early checkin, and we enjoyed the views and a drink at the bar while they prepared our room. The room was beautiful, breakfast was amazing. It was delivered right to our terrace where we enjoyed it in our robes and slippers. The next morning they even remembered our love of coffee and brought us multiple pots without us having to ask. We were sad to leave, but the whole staff sent us off with smiles. 10/10 recommend!

I like the reception office staff George, he was extremely helpful, the housekeeping was meticulous & completed by 11am , the breakfast (limited spread) was good it was brought to the suite coz it was windy at the terrace. Fira was 25 min walk from Kallisto. We enjoyed the walk. Overall, my friends and I were delighted with our stay at Kallisto. Above all, the view of caldera at Kallisto was breath-taking.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like. However it Would be good if a kettle is provided instead of on request esp when the weather can be windy and cold in April.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Good value. The views are spectacular and there are nearby restaurants, markets, shops and very close to the pedestrian street to access the city center. Taxis were easy to get and the staff was very helpful and friendly arranging early morning airport transit for us.

Due to staffing issues, the bar at the pool was open for limited hours. The bathroom was much smaller than expected.

Charming and cute villa with amazing views of the city and sea, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The room and beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was perfect and yummy. The location was walking distance to the city with nice restaurants and shops.

The bathroom was a bit small and there was no coffee maker in the room, but the views and staff made up for that.

Location was great, the pool and surrounds were very nice.

Our toilet seat was falling off, the airport transfer was missed, the shower was slippery and the steps down to our room had a very low bannister….very dangerous.

The Kallisto is beautiful place to stay, situated perfectly with a stunning view, easy walking distance to dining and Fira. Staff was wonderful, eager to make your stay perfect. And the rooms are beautifully decorated!

Staff and Mr Markus are so accommodating and friendly. I had a great time and the place is so peaceful and with a nice view.

Don’t spend money on an expensive hotel. This hotel is half price but it has more privacy that all hotels around. Fantastic view. Excellent location. Big rooms. The staff is excellent! Friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend it!!!

Amazing view from the terrace. The location of this hotel is super. The pool and the room were clean.

I do not recommend renting this hotel to anyone. The bed was terrible. The whole vacation I slept on the couch, the mattress on the bed is of terrible quality, the springs dig into my back and it bends under the weight (I am not a big man). When I addressed this problem at the reception, I got answer "we have this kind of mattresses in all our rooms". The mattresses in hostels are of the better quality. A very poor breakfast. All five days for breakfast, you could choose the same omelet or toast, when I asked to bring me toast with omelet mixed, I got answer “ you can choose only one thing." I couldn't be full of such a breakfast. No bathroom accessories, which are available in a good hotel. Only shower gel and shampoo. The price of beer in a bar is 3.5 times more expensive than in a supermarket around the corner. What's the point of that? Absolutely dissatisfied with the accommodation and the hotel. For this money, you can choose a much better service. The service was absolutely absent. I don't recommend it. Price quality was bad.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, good sized pool and amazing views.

The bed in our room was sadly really uncomfortable, the hotel was full so we did not mention this until the end of our stay, the staff were so kind and I am sure this will be addressed.

I can really recommend this place. I have been dreaming of coming to santorini for a long time. Kallisto lived up to my santorini dream. Super nice views, nice rooms, nice staff who help you with everything. And incredibly good location, good connections to the rest of the island. This i great value for money. Thank you Kallisto for a Nice stay!
