Warm welcome from Reception and delighted to find that our room had a balcony overlooking the garden. The garden is the real bonus at this hotel: such a great place to meet up as a group, and a real oasis of calm in the centre of Reims. We spent more time around the hotel because of the garden. Our room (deluxe) was huge, and the bathroom was fabulous. Breakfast was an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a table at the restaurant as it was full so can't comment but it looked very smart.

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and offered a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful.

Lack of lock on bathroom door and bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Lighting in the bedroom was useless in the morning. Breakfast started at 6.30am BUT no cooked food until well after 7am which was disappointing as we had to get an early start due to a long journey.

Great location, very pleasant ambiance and interior, tasty breakfast, comfy bed and pillows! Our room had a view on the city and cathedral - so morning coffee on a balcony is really nice

Breakfast food selection might be somewhat limited, but quality is good. Parking spaces are not very large, so you have to be careful.

What a lovely surprise this hotel was! They really provide all the services and comforts we expect from a high level hotel in the US, in fact better than the US versions. The reception was clear and they met my requests on the room, they stored my bags as I went to my wine tasting. The room was pretty, if a little on the small side, but that's europe. The usual incomprehensible hotel lighting scheme, but other than that, nice linens, a good temperature, a coffee machine and minibar in the room, good shower, nice towels, and it was made up promptly when I went to breakfast, The breakfast, while a little expensive, was really quite good and they have an "express" option which is just coffee and pastries and bread for somewhat less that the full price. The hotel is well situated and it's an easy walk to the gare Reims ville. A really nice stay in an exceptional hotel.

I wished they were mor liberal with the bottled water, and it was hard finding places to buy it in the neighborhood (I was there on a sunday and monday and everything was closed!!).

Amazing hotel! I booked for 2 adults but we also brought our son and they upgraded our room to what appears to be a suite with 2 double beds and the room was amazing! Very luxurious and spacious and with a beautiful bathroom. Location is also great, right in the center and next to shopping and restaurant streets as well as big cathedral and museums, all walking distance!! Breakfast was included and also very fresh and delicious!!

We paid for hybrid parking while regular should have been charged...apparantly the garage has 3 rates, electric, hybrid (plug-in) and regular but since our car cannot be charged we should have been invoiced for regular parking which is cheaper.

Perfect location for a visit to Reims. Close to all touristic locations and with a nice parking facility. Extensive breakfast. All personnel helpful and friendly.

Convenient location & good facilities including car park - all important for an overnight stay after travelling from the south towards Calais.

Problematic access with a barrier preventing progress into the location. Apparently there is a code which changes every month so this should be advised in ADVANCE to avoid a stressful arrival! Nice room but bed was too hard!

The Hotel is great, super well located and the receptionist Cristian was the best one, if he will attend you, then you'll be super lucky. Thank you for everything.

The pool and wait for the sauna even when we asked to turn it on, we have to wait for the other people who entered in advanced.

Great modern accomodation in the centre of Reims! Location was biggest asset for sure but the hotel overall is very nice, modern and taken care of. Parking is only 16€ per night which was cheaper than we expected and it is in the underground garage. Room was spacious and nice.

The gym is very poor. It only has a treadmill and a elliptical machine. It is close to the sauna so it is very warm.
