Gute Lage, für eine Nacht okay
Sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Flur. Ausstattung sehr alt. Auf der Heizung lag komische Folie.

The windows blocked out a lot of traffic noise, that was nice. The manager switched our rooms for the second night and made our stay just perfect. Backside rooms are much smaller but quality of sleep will rise! He was really friendly and did his best to make things the best. The location is magnificent, right in the middle of everything. Checkin was very easy. Best value for that price in the city. The shower was really nice and the renovations done give the hotel an upgrade. Nothing but gratitude for being an affordable place in such a grate city!
The beds are not that comfy, but still okay.
Not all employees do their effort, some just play on their phones until their shift is over. If you need anything, ask for the manager, he’s really the best.

Hotel Miramar am Römer is very well located being just a few minutes walk from all the major areas that you may wish to visit i.e. cathedral, the old city square, the main city shopping area. It is also very accessible from the main railway station by tram or subway(plus five minute walk). There are an abundance of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants all within in few minutes walk of the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily.

Lo mejor es la ubicación tan próxima al centro histórico y el desayuno resultó muy bueno.
Fue bueno también el servicio de te/café en el cuarto y las botellas de aguas de cortesía.
La habitación es muy chica, la cama está contra la pared y resulta incómodo acostarse.

Wir wollten zum Weihnachtsmarkt und dieser befindet sich fussläufig etwa 1 Min vom Hotel entfernt, das war super. Frühstück war gut, viel Auswahl und es gab verschiedene Tee- und Kaffeesorten. Wer Frankfurt anschauen will und sich nicht Hotel aufhalten möchte ist hier echt gut bedient.
Zimmer war klein, ebenso das Bad. Im Zimmer 102 hörte man leider nachts Straßengeräusche. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze, wir nutzten das nahegelegene Parkhaus (pro Nacht 12,-€).

The location was perfect, the room was clean, the bed comfortable.
The staff was very nice and helpful
They gave me free breakfast as compensation due to the hot water pipe was broken and I needed to take cold shower 👍
Unable to take a warm shower, but I understand things happen! 😒

we liked the location which was central Frankfurt.
it’s very dated and felt like stepping back in time to the 80’s. it’s also very hot in the summer without much of an AC and only one small window. poorly ventilated.

Only in Frankfurt for a quick layover, so weren't there for long, but nice location and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice enough. Good proximity to metro station from airport.
Decoration seemed pretty outdated, but rooms were clean.

The sound of cars on the road is very annoying. Unfortunately, the windows do not have sound insulation. I never slept well

The location is good, in a marvellous district.
The room was small but enough for two people, the bathroom was clean.
The place was quiet.
The mattress was too soft personally and the bed too short. Maybe the room was a bit small, but well-organised.

The hotel in terms of location is great. However, the room is very tiny and the furniture was outdated and I felt that I live in a CAN and the breakfast was poor and there were no varieties, also the hotel faced a heating system issue which took long time to be fixed

The hotel was only a very short walk from Hauptwache; felt a safe walk as well as a woman on her own late at night in the middle of a city. It was very handy for the old town and many of the museums.
My room was on the smaller side but as a solo traveller that was absolutely fine; it was very clean and cosy and served its purposes for me very well. For the price it was exceptional value for money.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right around the corner from the old town but still close to the main shopping street. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, the breakfast good and the staff friendly and helpful!!

Location
The hotel has very small rooms you can't stay in just way too small. Shower head dosent work it's like a dribble Breakfast is cold and not very nice. Staff are rude don't care attitude. My advice look else where much nicer places just near to this hotel I don't understand the reviews on this place must be 18 year olds more like a hostel stay away

Easy access to public transport and tourist spots, friendly and courteous hotel staff, our room was clean and nice. Highly recommended for its price and location. Will stay again, for sure 😀

The room was very small and dated. the shower did not work properly and the shower door did not close. the kettle had black stuff in it. room only suitable fir 1 person not a double and the price was way too high for the standard of the property compare to London prices.
