Le réceptionniste a été tout simplement super souriant, agréable et beau ;) Les lits étaient très confortables, je n’ai eu aucunes douleurs de dos (gros points forts). Que l’hôtel se situe collé à l’église catholique je trouve çà génial car je suis catholique et j’ai pu assisté à la magnifique Messe catholique en Allemand c’était juste incroyable de découvrir le pays de cette manière avec des paroissiens très gentil se fut un bonheur pour moi. Le fait qu’Europapark et Rulantica soient juste à 15-20min c’était juste très appréciable. Le prix pour une nuit me convenait c’était parfait. Très propre. Gros point fort le ventilateur ! En plus c’est un gros ventilateur il envoie bien de l’air frais c’était super. La douche pour en couple c’est génial! Beaucoup d’espace. Et ma mère et ma nièce avait la baignoire la salle de bain était juste waw incroyable. Super propre. Gros point forts aussi il y’a énormément de rangement pour ranger nos affaires ! Tiroir,dressing, coffre-fort. Rien à dire, et quelle belle réception à l’accueil des canapés en cuir super confortable. Die Rezeptionistin war einfach super lächelnd, freundlich und gutaussehend ;) Die Betten waren sehr bequem, ich hatte keine Rückenschmerzen (große Stärken). Dass das Hotel neben der katholischen Kirche liegt, finde ich toll, weil ich katholisch bin und die großartige katholische Messe auf Deutsch besuchen konnte. Es war einfach unglaublich, das Land auf diese Weise mit sehr netten Gemeindemitgliedern zu entdecken. Es war eine Freude für Mich. Dass Europapark und Rulantica nur 15-20 Minuten entfernt waren, war einfach sehr schön. Der Preis für eine Nacht hat mir gepasst, es war perfekt. Sehr sauber. Große Stärke, der Fan! Außerdem ist es ein großer Ventilator, der viel kühle Luft ausstößt, was großartig war. Die Dusche für Paare ist großartig! Viel Platz. Und meine Mutter und meine Nichte hatten die Badewanne, das Badezimmer war einfach unglaublich. Super sauber. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist, dass

Une des femmes de chambre qui a fait la chambre au début de ma mère qui ne m’a pas dit bonjour et qui m’a mal regardé. Eines der Zimmermädchen, das zu Beginn das Zimmer meiner Mutter geputzt hat, mich nicht begrüßt hat und mich schlecht angesehen hat.

Das Personal beim Check in ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Zimmerausstattung an sich ist etwas älter aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber,das preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist echt top.Zum Europa-Park sind es nur 15 Minuten und in die Innenstadt kommt man super zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, wurde freundlich empfangen. Service war sehr gut.

Best location in Lhar. Parking was a real bonus.

Room was nice and big, with a comfy bed and had a nice bathroom. Decor in the rooms felt a little dated but everything was clean and tidy so wasn't an issue for me 👍

Would not pay for the breakfast. The juice machine regularly had no juice, no hot water for tea, and food selection limited.

Hotel is as good as it was last time we stayed

Hotel cocked up the booking they didn’t have us booked in for breakfast and after we had told them we were hear for four night’s they still took the money on the third night without my permission they thought we had left without paying, there was no commen sense applied the had cleaned our room and despite the fact that all our clothes and Medicine’s where in the room they took payment believing we had left. This caused a heated discussion which was not necessary it made me feel that we were not trusted and typical English, no apology was given by the hotel but the night manager tried his hardest to appease the situation but I was extremely upset,I felt extremely insulted.
