The showers were tiny and made of cheap plastic, they are basically attached to the toilet which made it difficult to use the toilet. The shower head kept falling. The hotel gave us two twin beds even though we specifically requested a king bed, then proceeded to blame booking.com The rooms were very bland and dated- absolutely no art on the walls (I mean 0) although given the rest of the taste this was probably a good thing The wall electricity socket fell out on first use The housekeeper got passive aggressive when I asked if she could come back at 12.45pm because she “got off at 1pm” also her child was with her and seemed to be helping her, which was kind of strange Overall the least equipped / nice looking “4 star” I’ve ever stayed at

Hotel looks good from outside, but bedrooms are very run down need attention as not worth the money you pay for the room. Definitely wouldn't class as a 4 star hotel. Also Windows need black out curtains to be added as really bright early morning.

Nice location next to the a port. good views if you get a room facing the sea. Breakfast was good

No parking spots, only public parking. got a room with no views at all that I could not change, the windows were high up with close to no natural light. felt like I was in a prison cell. very small tv set - definitely less than 20 inches - could not watch the world cup opening games. For 120 euros would expect much better. Rated 4 star but felt like I was in a 1 star hotel. Checked out after 1 night for a 4 night booking!

The toilets and showers were extreamly awkward to sit on and use.

The hotel has friendly staff who were welcoming. The check in went smoothly and access to the room was by elevator. The room had a small balcony to enjoy the view of the marina. Breakfast was well presented and satisfying.

We had to change rooms because the room we were assigned had a broken toilet seat and no telephone connection. The room was changed quickly and without fuss. Only issue was that the air conditioning was governed by the front desk. When we told them it was too warm at 25 degrees Celsius, they agreed to turn it down two degrees. It was humid and too warm to sleep well.
