Friendly and helpful staff. Well located on the roundabout just outside the main sites. Almost MP traffic at night. Some parking was available in front of the hotel - maybe 8 - 10 spaces. But this was low-season. Not sure if there is additional parking somewhere else for busier times. Rooms are nice but a little dated. (Who cares??)

Location in respect of the family in town. Great views of the city. Friendly staff.

Shower is a bit small. Bathroom overall is small. Shower doors seemed flimsy. Water pressure was not what i expected. Carpets are dirty/stained. Hotel overall is outdated but it appears that improvements are being made slowly.

loud loud loud: you can hear phone on vibrate in another room, people talking, flushing, closing doors.. some disco should be outside, music until 3am even with closed windows. bed.. terrible. i suspect it had bugs..

The entire stay was overshadowed by the very poor quality of the beds. To start with they were very narrow, not proper mattresses, sheets didn't fit them and there was no way to get a decent nights sleep due to them and the amount of noise outside the hotel made by drunk men and women (obviously on their way home) into the early hours. I also thought the quality of the food was not very good.

Property looks like it has recently refreshed its furniture. Everything looks quite new and clean. Water pressure is good, wifi works (tops out at around 20Mbit) and there is a kettle. Staff was very friendly.

Soundproofing towards the hallway could be improved - its not bad but you definitely hear when someone talks in front of their room.

Perfect place to stay and have a rest after long road

Central location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern with a super restaurant at very reasonable prices. Restaurant staff exceptional, particularly Martiny who spoke perfect English.
