Key collection should be explained as it is a few miles from the property

It was very difficult to park the car, very narrow and no mirror was provided to help getting in/out of the garage. Finally the car got a scratch ans we gave up on using the garage. The shower needs to be cleaner and replace/clean some things that are not nice and clean.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The parking was free. It was a 7-minute drive to town.

Mosquitos. The hosts need to invest in a bug zapper that can be kept inside the apartment to kill them. They cost around 100E. Could use a fly swatter and a hand vacuum.

Communication with the agents beforehand was helpful and straughtforward. Appartement was excellent and well equipped.

Bedrooms are small and have too much furniture - the chest of drawers are unneccesary.

Nice residence, 30 minutes walk from the beaches. The apartment has a great plus, its terrace!

Dont use the car park. It is so narrow that a big car can only get in and out by touching the walls. No mention of that from the key holders. We damaged our car quite badly and one of the apartments' owners in the residence confirmed that this is not the first time. There are small prints in the company's contract that we found weird: the kitchen is not being cleaned by the host but must be dealt with by the guests including the fridge. The kitchen bin must be emptied by the guest and it can't be done on site (no facilities) but at the entrance of the street 1km away. Debit/credit cards are not accepted unless they add a surcharge. As for the apartment itself, the bathroom is really small... On the overall the property is quite nice. But not sure that we will go back.
