It was a good location for a short stay, beautiful foliage that added to the look of the hotel, good buffet, we did not have to pay for the Wi-Fi, which is excellent.

Close to the main attractions: CONMEBOL Museum, Airport. The hotel includes breakfast and the reception works almost 24h.

Even being close to some of the main attractions, we needed to use alternative transportation like uber to go to the downtown.

Great staff &food

Big space and very good service, we forgot clothes in the room and they kept it and returned to us a few days later. Location is excellent, in a zone with good infrastructure.

I booked two rooms and they made a mistake and only had one room for me and my family. The receptionist simply said, "I do not have another room for you." Eventually, the owner came and solved the problem but we did not get the rooms we had booked in Booking. I was about to get another hotel. I had to ask all the questions since the personnel of the hotel never engaged me to let me know what they would do. Interesting is that with all the mistakes made, nobody ever says, "I'm sorry..." If you book through Booking, you better also call to make sure they have your reservation correct.

Good breakfast, with coffee, juice, breads, cheese, ham, and fruits. Located close to shopping malls.

There were stains in the sheets. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Staff was not friendly.
