Convenient on drive to south Spain

On a petrol station

We often stay here on our trip to and from Costa blanca. It's a lovely hotel with great rooms. The bar area and the breakfasts are excellent

We didn't get the room we booked

Car parking was v poor not enough spaces and the spaces were very tight

Convenient for arriving by car with outside parking. Quite far from Pamplona, but during bull festival one of the few that were still available, and taxi only cost 15EUR to city center. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable.

A walk in shower would be great for older people.

the location was great and very handy for all the shops near by. the river at the back of the hotel was an added bonus for walking our dog who was with us.

the bed was really uncomfortable and dipped in the middle.

The room was as we asked for - quiet for our dog. On fourth floor overlooking garden so no traffic noise. Very helpful young man who spoke pretty good English. Restaurant/bar served very good reasonably priced dinner. We did not take breakfast as we only wanted coffee and a croissant. Bar open all day for coffee and snacks. Lovely walk behind the hotel along the river. Ideal for our little dog.

we were lucky enough to arrive at a quiet time and secured the last parking space in front of the hotel otherwise it was only public parking somewhere nearbye. When we left our room we could not lock the door and had to ask the guy in recption to do it remotely. Only happened once though.

The TV never had channels that work. The air conditioning is uncontrollable-either too hot or cold. The staff take money from your account without prior notice and then I have to get a refund. The beds have seen better days and dip in the middle

the hard working staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. everything clean. breakfast excellent. shops near bye. and on site restaurant good for evening meal

I was traveling with my dog and it was great having a separate entrance for him to go through as he is nervous about new places. The river walk beautiful. Staff excellent.

A touch over priced considering no breakfast included. Request to check in online, advising no monies will be taken,needless to say after checking in personally, full money taken.
