Lovely historique hotel, good location, 10 mins walk to the centre of town. Breakfast was good and included. Parking €15 pn. Dinner in the hotel is very good. Set menu for €25pp for three courses. Very friendly waitresses. Comfortable bed.

Walls in the bedroom are paper thin! We could hear clearly the conversations in the next room (and the snoring all night) Receptionist not friendly on arrival

Very accomodating. We booked last minute after midnight and they still let us check in.

Rooms were large/ lovely and clean . Beautiful building. Staff were very friendly. Location is ideal . Onsite parking . Caters for Gluten free meals/ breakfast on offer. Leave the car and take a taxi to the plaza mayor 7 €. For 4 adults. 20/25 walk to the plaza. Excellent value

basic room. one of the senior reception staff or maybe a manager, was quite rude. bar staff, especially one person was not at all interested in serving us. could bot enjoy the courtyard as there was some wedding occasion.

We stayed 1 night in the hotel. Its location is excellent (very quit) at the end of the aquaduct which is some hundred metres from the city centre of Segovia. The rooms have everything you need. The bathroom has some authentic characteristics. There are parking spaces available (reservation is recommended). The person at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was OK with different choices of meat and cheese.

We have stayed here several times over the years in many different rooms. They have plenty of parking, secure parking for motorbikes and it’s not that far to walk into the city centre. Segovia is an amazing place to visit but this time we were only there for 1 night. Our room was spotless , the bed was comfortable. The aircon worked great. They have an amazing restaurant but sadly we were just too tired to eat everything this time. With it being a weekend they did have a wedding on so the hotel was super busy. The reception staff are always good here and check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good like normal. We wouldn’t keep going back to this hotel every time we visit Segovia if it wasn’t good.

Leaving

The public areas and cafe on ground floor were pleasant. The free parking was a plus. Breakfast was nice. The location on edge of old centre convenient.

The rooms looked a bit tired and in need of upgrade. However, it was obvious there was an upgrading program in process which was reassuring.

The hotel is very easy to find when travelling by car. The parking facilities are very good and the staff most helpful in all respects.
