Emplacement parfait Bonne animation, équipe très agréable. Adnan était très attentif, il était agréable, il prenait le temps d’échanger avec nous, il était compétent.

Très bonne situation, belles infrastructures mais un peu vieillottes.

Petit déjeuner varié mais insipide. Confitures et pains sans goût. Idem pour le buffet du soir. Musique autour de la piscine un peu envahissante.

Have stayed here a few times when been in Agadir. It seems to be getting better with all the work that’s going on.Decent WiFi this time ,new clean rooms,comfy beds,good views,nice location,clean,big balcony ,nice gardens,2 pools (although freezing )decent breakfast choice.wepl kept gardens.

Staff esp reception not so friendly.Cleaner was lovely and excellent . Don’t go here if you want a fun holiday .There isn’t much to do but ok hotel for relaxing . Spa massages useless. Don’t think you should have to pay extra for gym. Noisy selfish neighbours ,loud guests at night .

Idealmente situado frente al mar y mur cerca del centro. Tiene varios restaurantes dentro del recinto y club de playa (lejos de la orilla del mar pero bueno).

El hotel es familiar por ende todo gira en torno a los niños y el hotel está plagado de estos. No recomendable si buscas descansar. La piscina siempre está petada y cierra temprano (sobre las 7 de la noche).

The exterior of the Hotel was well maintained. Easy access to the beach and of course the staff were excellent- well apart from one.

The interior of the hotel needs some TLC and the person pouring the morrocan tea at breakfast needs to learn how to interact with the guests. He was indifferent and at times rude. Finally we stayed in the hotel from the 10th to the 13th. Msemen was not available at breakfast. This was disappointing as we always look forword to this Morrocan pancake.

The whole experience wasn’t likable. Dirty rooms, house keepers do the bare minimum cleaning, minimum towels we had 2 towels for 3 people literally. The buffet was super unorganized.

The breakfast is super. Fresh orange juice, crepes, donut, fruit, coffee and milk. There is a salty buffet as well.

Location

Beach front hotel complex with 2 great pools. Good value upstairs room with balcony and fridge, including breakfast. Set towards the marina end of Agadir beach the hotel has plenty of little seafront restaurant options close by which are accessed through the rear entrance to the hotel.

Breakfast was limited, front of house staff were very rude. changed rooms twice and both were very dirty. Bidet didn’t work. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Not as nice as it looks in the photos. location was decent

The position of the hotel is very good.- next to the marina, along the strip with a lot of bars and restaurants, next to the beach with their own part of the beach with a security guard. It is also 10 minutrs walk from the cable station The hotel needs updating, and they are doing this slowly. The staff is mostly nice. The rooms are not very clean. The food is fine - nothing fancy. The sea view is fantastic .We have stayed in this hotel 3 times so far as it is a very good value for money.

I don't like the way the rooms are cleaned. They haven't changed it since 2018, definitely ( it was the first time I stayed there). They're barely cleaned . The hotel needs updating, but they are doing it slowly. Do not stay in this hotel if you expect some luxury and glamour.
