The hotel lobby and the room were not clean at all. The room was small, the bed was not comfortable.

The housekeeping here is terrible.

The housekeeping was terrible. on my first stay here, I had to go to three rooms before finding one that had been clean. On my second stay, there were no towels in the room. And since there is no staff after 7pm and I came after that, I couldn’t get any towels until after 9 am when the desk opened. I do not recommend every staying here

The dishwasher was not working probably. making noise and did not finish the whole night. There was also construction outside the hotel. They start early in the morning.

Good location, comfortable, good value, reasonably well equipped, excellent communication prior to stay.

Parking: they charge 12 Euros for a car park which is on the street and it is not guarded. They don't say this when you do the booking, but when you are there the recepcionist explains that they cannot respond from what you leave in the car. Bedroom: it was quite dirty and smelly. We had to open the window doors to get rid of the smell. The smell was actually coming from the bathroom, but it was all over the room. Also, it was in quite poor conditions: the paper on the wall was broken, the doors to some kitchen cupboards were also broken, the sofa bed as well, ... Breakfast: very weak, not many options to eat, and the actual access to the breakfast room was in rather poor condition.

In the description of the Residence there was no mention of a 300 euros deposit. During my calls with the reception or our exchanged e-mails, no one has ever mentioned that. The morning of our arrival, after sending our ids, I received a notification from my bank saying that the hotel has tried to withdraw 300 euros from the card i used to pay for the stay, without even asking first (thankfully that was blocked by my bank). When we arrived there and asked about it, i was told that they needed a deposit. Well after a 7 hours drive, i did not have the energy nor the will to argue with them. Well I don't know wether that deposit is payed by everyone, or is it as "Random" as the airport checks, however what I know is that it is really dishonest from them to try to block money without asking eventhough we communicated a lot (phone and emails) before our arrival. And to notify you about this deposit only on arrival when you do not really have a choice but to do it.

A well set up small apartment - clean and good facilities.

I'd confirmed two beds but the room was a double and with no one on site, it was not possible to change.

Good value for 4 people.

Breakfast on weekends is a bunch of things from the supermarket delivered in your room, not worth the price. Dishwasher didn't work, kept beeping for unknown reasons since there's no instructions. Rubbish has to be taken care of when you leave and there's no place for glass.
