The staff was so nice, everything you needed they provided. In the time of our visit, there was a lot of UK guests, lots of partying, noise at night, in the morning ... we complained to the staff, and they manage it right away, then it was better. But the staff kindness was... above amazing. So grateful.

spacious room and good facilities

It’s really nice place but very noisy, stuff is just perfect, very helpful and friendly. Only one thing that I could complain is other neighbours :( unfortunately are very loud and partying all the times. I choose this hotel cuz of the rules, no partying at the hotel but unfortunately it’s not accurate. It’s not thaaat far from Main Street but quite long way from Laganas beach, but hotel has transfer to the beach couple times per day! We love it with son :)

The hotel is very clean, the staff is nice, the room was modern.

I like the staff as they were friendly and nice.

I didn't like the state of my room as it had all sorts of bugs and insects on the walls and bedsheets. The towels that were provided wasn't clean and had orangey staines and the draws had drink spillage which we were unable to use. There was water coming out on the balcony from the A.C. which meant walking over to the balcony was a hazard. It wasn't a pleasant stay having waited 3 years to travel due to covid 19.

Lovely staff - helped us with everything we needed during our stay. They let us check in early which was very convenient as the flight we arrived with was very early. They have a free shuttle to Laganas beach 4 times a day which is very comfortable. Excellent price. I totally recommend the hotel!

The pool was nice, breakfast also, a quite place with good prices. Food at the restaurant/pool bar not so good. You'll need a car to visit around because the location is far from everything, but also quite away from the nosiest center/beach. Conclusion: Nice hotel it was a pleasant stay for us.

After midnight you can not buy anything from the bar/restaurant. After 21:30 you can not yet because they close the kitchen.

Balcony and the pool view

Room was fool of ants. They were in every surface even on top of the bathtub. The lady who cleans was very annoying every morning and told us that the "Do not disturb" sign is not enough to prevent her from waking you up and was ringing the door every 10 minutes until 11:00 to make us get out to clean the room until 12:00. We finally went to the beach and let her "clean" and when we came back we saw she did nothing serious but a quick floor sweeping and also her mop stinks. Except these we heard her outside the door speaking to her phone about sex things with many men etc. Such a shame in a hotel full of kids in the rooms. The wi-fi was terrible. Too expensive regarding all of these.
